Hi, I have imported “Home Decor” template and I need to disable the sticky menu. With custom header, I don’t have access to header settings in Theme Panel to disable it from there. Any ideas please? Site in question is isteel.co.uk

In order to remove the sticky part of the menu, please remove all content from the sticky menu zone as shown here: https://www.screencast.com/t/oA5r1kGcM If you have content added in that zone, then you will have a sticky menu showing that content.

Hi! I have a big problem with default site post template. I’ve set style 4 in general settings (screen no 1), but on the front I see post in 1 style… (screen no 2). Inside post I have set post template “from panel” (screen no 3). At the begining it worked, but in a certain time (I don’t know when) it stopped working

I recently update to 9.7.3 and notice it prevent AdSense Ads and also Ad Inserter from diplaying/serving Ads. We had to revert to old version to get it working. Kindly fix or suggest fix.

Adsense works fine in all of pour test platfroms and we see lots of users daily that use adsense ads with the current theme version but there are no issues presented. The big update came with a big crash. I sent 2 emails to support, but probably because my support expired (I bought the theme a long time ago), they just didn’t care. Or maybe they cannot do anything. No answer, no update, no nothing. I needed to rebuild manually all my pages. They caused me one week delay for a big marketing campaign. I am looking to buy some other theme, because I won’t have the courage to make another update when it comes. This is for the no. 1 best selling… whatever…

Before updating we recommended where possible to create a test environment (development copy of the website) and update there first, especially if a child theme containing theme files is used. This was mentioned in the update changelog https://www.screencast.com/t/z578Oad0cJ
Sorry to hear that you had problems after the update, there could be issues in some cases given the modifications mentioned above. Both Newspaper Theme and Newsmag Theme are supported by the tagDiv team accordingly to the ThemeForest Item Support Policy -> https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy. In summary, the Themeforest policy states that once you purchase the theme, you receive a 6 months customer support period with the possibility to extend the support to 12 months if you need further assistance.
