hello, I have a new client, who has 3 websites, each built on v1 Bridge Child theme (by a programmer they no longer work with). Can v1 be updated to v18 (we would buy new theme) without breaking the layout or functionality of the original websites?

Please, note that version of child theme is still 1.0.0 and latest version of Bridge parent theme is 18.1 Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ - then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well.

Hello! request for quick advice. how to disable the awesome font, linea icons etc. so that they do not get downloaded when the page is loaded? I do not use them. these fonts slow down the loading of the page.

thanks for taking a look, I understand and may need a new support servince regardless for future issues but for now the url is http://8hn.aca.myftpupload.com/test/ and you can see where I added products, 4 per row and 4 rows. I have over 30 products in this category so after 16 it should give me the pagination but I can only see the first 16. I have inner page navigation turned on also on pages in options and on the single page.

I’m having a problem with gallery thumbnails in product page. It gets a 100×100px thumbnails, when the width displayed is 150×150 leaving the image blurry.
I didn’t set anywhere this 100px, I’m guessing it’s a PrettyPhoto issue. How can I fix that? i’m sending 2 prints:

Question regarding site built with Bridge theme. Web designer won’t provide theme license so I can update. They say they have a license. If so, shouldn’t they be able to provide me with a way to update? If not, I assume they should have bought me my own license so I can update when necessary and get updates to WP Bakery and other required plugins. Thanks!

I just noticed that all the custom CSS and JS are loaded inline. This looks like it’s new since Bridge 18.0. But is there a way I can undo this? I prefer a dynamic CSS file instead of inline CSS.
