found the problem- there was a file named index.htm in the root folder, which WP doesn’t like. I renamed it and it fixed the issue.

Sorry to say that but the Elementor is not the Theme compatible plugin and nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end, and the issue you were facing was because of the third party plugin confliction, You provided us the permission to deactivate the plugins, we deactivated the third party plugins including Elementor plugin as well and finds your issue resolved and told you that please activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, If it is Elementor then please contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin for you for making it compatible with the Theme. Just checked your site and finds that you are using the 4.11.4 version of the Theme, So please update your Theme to the very latest version and also the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and also after updating the Theme and Plugins please make sure to update the WooCommerce Database as well, and then deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, hope your issue will solve and then you have to activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, If the issue will not solve then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.
