Hi! I have a lot of problems with this theme, especially with City Listing. When I create a new place, the map doesn’t work. When I modify a place that works, the map stops working. And the filter doesn’t work well either, for example when I choose another Listing Type in the filter with the map at the right. Well, since we are not sure which layout exactly do you want to achieve we could tell you that this demo like others is made with WPbakery page builders and our implemented elements. So, you could arrange elements on desired way, and you are also able to reorder it or to use some elements that you could see on our other demos, since all shortcodes could be mixed. There is option to add Raw HTML and Custom js code in our Qode Options. We hope this info is helpful, but if there is any other doubt, we are here.

[BUG] All widgets from qode listing plugin is returning only “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” when I selects some option of widget, like “Type”. What can I do? The website is mapviagens.com.br and I can’t solve it. I can’t filter the widgets, because don’t appear any results. I think there is a bug in ‘listing category’, because is not appearing options when I click there. And when I add the widget to the page, the widget info appears “Listing category: null”.

That widget is not filtering nothing, I dont choose any option, understands? But if I choose some option, appears “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” even I having options in that category.

I know there’s the Fixed Minimal layout, but the widgets are disabled with that option, so just the normal fixed header works for me now (don’t like the sticky header)...

What I needed was to show a widget to pull it into the fullscreen menu (and hide it from the header), but I did it now from the footer…

There are several types of smartphones which have a so called “camera notch” on the front side covering some part of the display.
Those notches appear either on the top of the display (portrait view) or on the left or right side (landscape view) depending on the orientation of the smartphone, of course.
Does the camera notch cover some part of the theme’s header area (e.g. logo, navigation, search icon, top bar, and other header widgets)? How to deal with this design issue?

Hi Qode. Please see old ticket #1096612 urgently. I recall this was fixed as I’ve since continued to use Qode Video Box, but I found out from a partner agency that a few sites we’ve built these videos are no longer working. Please advise ASAP.

This issue is related to prettyphoto script – WPBakery plugin still uses older prettyphoto script and it overrides the script from our theme, which has been updated in the latest theme version. The temporary solution until WPBakery developers update specified script is to open functions.php file, find and rename ‘prettyphoto’ to something else, for example ‘bridgePrettyphoto’ on this line:

This may be a silly question, but is there any way to get just the vc shortcodes for specific demo pages without importing the entire demo? For example, the front page of one demo, but the about page from a different demo? I’m not keen on the templates available for vc and like your demo pages much better.

You could mix all elements from different demos in one site. Regarding combining demos, it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.

Thank you for writing in! Our theme is optimized for Gutenberg and you could use this editor to build the content. But our main page builder is WPbakery page builder that came bundled within our theme. We implemented a lot of powerful shortcodes into it, so whole content with demo elements you could see in our demo website could be built using WPbakery page builder.
Please note, Bridge is multi purpose theme with a lot of features and elements, and theme demos were not optimized for speed, but users can fix this by following instructions from some testing tool like GTmetrix – by enabling gzip, installing caching plugin (we are using W3 Total cache) and by using CDN. We have positive feedback from some users that they were able to optimize Bridge theme to load for 2 seconds. Of course good hosting plan will also have great impact on site speed.

Please, explain what is the issue you are facing with? Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Hi, I love the theme, but have a question before I purchase. A lot of the templates have scroll jacking on them (like https://bridge140.qodeinteractive.com/ for example), does the theme allow you to turn that off for templates, so it just has normal scrolling?

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. Please, note those are FulLScreen sections used on that page. It is page template, where each row is one full screen section so it means that on scroll you are moved to next section. Of course, you are able to use default page template without this scrolling animation.
