Hi, yes user account can be registered through the front end. See DEMO. Also in the theme options you can enable/disable the option “Allow users to submit videos without having a WordPress account : Yes/No”

Ok I made a purchase, can theme support auto thumbnail making..this plugin that I used does not work with your theme, what is the name of the field, this is what plugins asks”If it does find a thumbnail, please double check that you have the Custom Field set correctly in the settings page if you are using a a plugin or theme that stores videos in a special location.”

Hi, Yes in the community video page you can upload the HTML5 video mp4, HLS m3u8 (url). Also, in the author profile you can use the option “Custom Profile Picture” to enter the url of the picture as an author. I would need a self hosted video upload, not just a link to a mp4 file
How can I limit the categories that users can post on? I only want them to be able to post on two categories out of the many. How can I achieve this?
If we integrate buddypress with your theme, can we show this on the user profile? (The number of viewers for that profile, the number of videos they have posted, and also the number of views all their videos have generated, the number of likes that their followers have generated.)

I want to do the following
1 – use this theme to organize and show some videos that i have saved for me on my google drive, they are all business training videos and i want them to show up like a TV series. ie. season 1,2,3, etc (each directory/subdirectory is a season?)
2 – I want to create a section for my son of videos i find on youtube that i find are appropriate for him instead of letting him on youtube by himself. Maybe create a playlist on my account that I can put into this theme and then just let him watch videos on ipad
Is this all doable? as is? what demo would best illustrate what i am trying to do?

1. Yes, it’s available in this theme. You can create your own Playlist, Series, Channel, Season…
2. Yes, it’s a good idea for him. You can also mix videos from youtube/vimeo/google dirve to the playlist/channel(section) then just let him watch videos.

How do I turn the Emojis on for Version 4 of the theme? I have the badge menu turned on, but there are only words like “LOL” and not the emojis.

Hi, Thank you for purchasing our theme. First, please kindly refer to the user guide document and setting the theme options. The thumbnail of the video is showing by the featured image (upload in the video editor) or Auto to grab it automatically, you can set in Theme Options > Video > Videos Settings > Videos Thumbnail.
In our support forums, on the right sidebar click to Register.
Please go to Admin > Appearance > Theme Options.

We are planing to integrate ARMember with Viem which we have already purchased. I have two questions. Can we show the thumbnail of the video in the channel or category( or may be a initial trailer for the video for first few seconds) to all the visitors and then allow only those to playback the full video who have subscribed for a particular membership plan?

Hi, before i purchase this theme, i have one question.
On main page, there will be video with playlist of random shows what are on our page. When video will be going, under this feature we need to have specific playlist of this specific video. This playlist should change according to the video that will go. It’s possible to have this feature with this theme?

We have purchased this theme based on your feedback. And after purchase we are surprised to find that there is no Subscription and Membership available in the theme. This means you lied to us when we had asked you query before purchase. Without Subscription and Membership integration this theme is of no use to us. I feel cheated and now not only we wasted our time and money but we need to again start entire process from zero.

Yes, in the theme options we have provided an option to enable/disable Autoplay the video once the page is opened as our demo, it’s require a scroll event but we will add an option to disable it. You can also setting the options: Auto Next Video, Sticky Player, Video Ratio… Refer the document HERE
