Hello, I can not edit the portfolio through the WPBakery plugin, only the WordPress Classical Editor option appears. In the pages this normal, the problem is only in the portfolio and in the posts.
When I open the demo theme portfolio items the codes are there but the option of the WPBakery backend editing mode is not there.
How to solve this problem?

In order to enable WPBakery Page Builder on Different Post Types like Posts or Portfolio Pages, you need to navigate to Dashboard > WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > choose a role > set Post types to Custom > and select Portfolio Page. Is there a way to add a CLOSE button to the images open in the lightbox? There is only the navigation (previous and next images) and the number of photos. Thank you.
Also, BIG problem, even in your demo. The white navigation buttons (back, next) in the lightbox, under the photo, don’t work on mobile! Here is the page: https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/elements/image-gallery/
I manage to add the close button via CSS, but it doesn’t work on mobile because it’s inside the same div with the Prev/Next buttons!

Im using the https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/video-preview/ page from the demo which features the Hover Video Preview feature. Being a filmmaker, the first frame of my films always begin completely black before the credits role. This means that every video thumbnail on my gallery using the demo page is black which looks stupid and to be honest the viewer of the webpage will think that the page has not loaded properly. Is there any way to use use a small 10sec video (for example) as the thumbnail that can play when someone hovers on it? This way my thumbnails will not be black and the viewer will get a 10sec taste of the full video waiting if they click the thumbnail.

The timeline you propose in the theme doesn’t work at all…the more I build my pages with cinerama, the more I got bad surprises….honestly I will end up with a bad mark for your theme…about the timeline :
1-We can not set too many years because the timeline is unable to create the appropriate space between dates to show them all in a nice way (it creates big gap between 1960 and 1990 for exemple), and when you set it manually (width below 60 in the settings), all dates are written one above the others.
2- It’s impossible to go after 2000, it creates the date 2019 automatically, even when I set 2000 in the correct field !!!!
Just to let people know here what they will buy…and yes I have sent a ticket. What a waste of time…my entire morning trying to build that timeline…

I’ve had so many issues since buying this theme. Now when I add a self hosted video into my portfolio, the portfolio page loads and the video has a “Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found” error. This happens on all internet browsers.
When I add a self hosted video as a Layer within a Slide using Revolution Slider the video loads fine.
What is the solution here for getting the self hosted video working in my portfolio?

However, I cannot find the “Edge Core” plugin to install, I’ve looked in my Cpanel’s wp-content/plugins folder too.
It seems this plugin is necessary as the guidelines say to use “Go to Edge Options > Import”.
Do you have a link where I can download the Edge Core plugin?

Hello Guys, is that a joke, there’s no way to set the size of the header logo !!!! Never seen that using theme forest theme since 6 years…

Logo height is determined by header height. IT means that it cannot be bigger then header area. Also, logo will be shown double smaller then original image size you’ve uploaded. So, if you have header that is 100px of height and upload logo image that is 120px, it will be shown as 60px in height. Hi Edge-team, No problems about the audio working when auto-play is operating… I can work around that.
With that being the case, I would like to have my homepage only consist of one static slide that plays a mute video, and then use a couple of layers over this video slide that link to separate pages (e.g. “Portfolio”).... Very similar to this website: www DOT humdrumfilms DOT com DOT au.
A few questions:
1. Is there a way to start the video used in the static slide immediately when the page opens rather than the cover image showing for a couple of seconds before the video starts?
2. How can I choose no headers/logos/etc on the homepage so the only thing that shows is the static slide? I tried customizing the header but I found no option for ‘No Header’.

Ok, so unfortunately I can’t find the same exact example on the demo website. But if anything its like sort of similar to the https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/fullscreen-slider/.
I’ll explain very simply what I’ve done: - Ive created a ‘default slider’, used the ‘Hero Scene’ slider type, selected ‘Full Width’, selected the Desktop Large size and adjusted the dimensions as 1920×1080, in this slider I used ONE slide which is sourced to a Youtube video, this youtube video starts automatically, I have selected it to ‘Loop, slide does not stop’, and in Slide Animation I have selected ‘No Transition’. That is what I meant by “static slider”: just one video statically appearing and repeating itself without any sliding.
So the questions I have:
1. When the homepage loads with the slider, there is a few seconds delay between the slider appearing and the video starting. Is there a way for this delay to not exist and the video to start instantly?
2. How can I add a ‘Cinerama Portfolio’ to the Menu? When I go to Appearances>Menus there is no ‘Portfolio’ option listed in the ‘Add Menu Options’ box even though I have created and published a portfolio it appears nowhere. I tried adding the Portfolio URL into the Menu by using the ‘Custom Links’ option but even though the Link Text appears in the Menu the actual link does not go to the Portfolio page. Surely there is an easy way to add the Portfolio page to the Menu?

I need to create a MOVIE PORTFOLIO (https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/movie-portfolio) with Vimeo videos.
I created a new Portfolio with VideoType “Vimeo” and a specific video ID (numeric ID from Vimeo); and if I try to open the post itself, the video works okay, but if I create a new Portfolio List into a page with “Standard – Video Preview” as the Ítem Style, the URL generated is wrong: https://player.vimeo.com/video/http://228534979?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0 (so the ID contains an http:// wrong value).
The only answer I received was: “Upon further investigation we established that ‘Standard – Video Preview’ portfolio list can work only with self-hosted videos. Video Preview option can not work if you use Vimeo or Youtube videos, so you need to upload videos to Media Library and use those videos for your portfolio items”.
But, you give the option to upload Vimeo and YouTube videos in this case, and this preview of the MOVIE PORTFOLIO shows Vimeo videos: https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/portfolio-item/romance-films So I don’t kwow why I can’t customize my portfolio for Vimeo videos.
