Hi,
I bought your theme and am having some serious issues with woocommerce compatibility. It seems Listify is overriding the my account page so there is no way to view purchases made, edit account etc….
I have raised this issue to support but it seems the support process is down!

Hi, I need to make a business directory that includes products by business. Users will need to search for businesses and see the businesses and the products each offer. Users can also search by product and see the businesses that provide that product. I’d also like businesses to self-register and pay. Can this all be done with your theme without custom coding?

Users will need to search for businesses and see the businesses and the products each offer.
Yes this is possible. You will however need the Products for WP Job Manager plugin as well.
Users can also search by product and see the businesses that provide that product.
Users will only be in a position to search for products using the default WordPress search, not the custom search filters by Wp Job Manager. You can however customize your search filters using Facet WP. They will however not be in a position to view the business associated with the listing on the products. This may entail a bit of custom work to configure.
I’d also like businesses to self-register and pay.
Yes this is possible. You would need the Listing Payments plugin in order to create some packages for this.

Support is not working for me and verification email is not being sent. I’ve tried multiple times. I have 2 issues and 1 request. Listing regions are not showing up under listings for me. Claim listing keeps sending me to you are not allowed to access this page error. I also want to know how do you put a “Buy Tickets” button on each listing page similar to the “Write A Review” button.

Hello John,
The support system is not allowing me to login, i’ve tried multiple times. I’ll post a response to your ticket here.
Here is the purpose of my request. So each listing will be an event on my website, where I will have promoters join the website as vendors. They will have access to sell their tickets to their event on the website as well by listing their event.
I want the button to be a “Buy Tickets” button where when clicked it will send the user to the storefront category of that ticket product so they can purchase. All it setup using woocommerce.
In the screenshot example-1 i’ve attached to this email. I would like a Buy Tickets button next to the Write A Review button. Is there a way to manually add this button to specific listings, because the link will be different for each one.
I’m not able to attach screenshots but I’m basically referencing where the “Write A Review” button is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Relating to your question here, unfortunately our theme does not have direct sync or else integration with Airbnb or Tripadvisory. However, it is possible to create a website similar in functionality, to Airbnb using Listify and the right plugins. Using the WooCommerce Bookings plugin and WP Job Manager – Products plugin you can integrate bookings on Listings. This is for both Properties or Restaurants.
Using the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin you can allow users to create their own bookings, products and earn commission.

I purchased the Listify theme yesterday.
I logged into your Astoundify support section, but can’t see my purchase.
I tried to submit a ticket with the purchase information (plus a problem I’m having with the installation), but I get a message that I can’t submit a ticket until I verify my Email.
I have repeatedly requested re-sending of Email verification, but none have arrived at my Email (I checked all folders).
How can I get support?

2. I’m not quite certain on the intended functionality after having these packages in place. However, you can actually create some packages that users will need to select during the listing submission process, with the help of the Listing Payments plugin. Please check into this article on how to create a listing package.

Relating to your question here, Listify is more of a directory theme, therefore this really depends on the details of exactly how you would like to make your classifieds website as there are more of similarities between a classifieds website and a directory website. I don’t see much difference between the Listify theme and a website that is focused more on classified
As for apps, unfortunately as it currently stands we do not have an official mobile app in place for the Listify theme. You can use 3rd-party frameworks that promote creating mobile apps from WordPress themes if you wish to.

Question: If we wanted to publish a directory website (example: construction companies) and we wanted to also integrate a job board (examplew: construction companies looking for construction workers), can this be dsone with Listify alone? Or can we combine Listyfy with Jobify? (do they work together?) Thanks.

Relating to your question here, since we use WP Job Manager to power the listings, you cannot use WP Job Manager for both listings and jobs, unfortunately. For jobs we recommend on using the Jobify theme specifically and for other listing directories in this case construction companies, we recommend using the Listify theme.

Soreo1991 – While you await a reply from Astoundify, I thought I’d share this.
I recently had the problem you’re describing and resolved it by increasing the memory in my php.ini file. I’m using MAMP Pro for a local server on OSX 10.11.
I upgraded to PHP 7.3 and the problem started happening. So I increased memory from 128 to 256 in my PHP.ini file and now the Listings menu item lists all the features as it should (add listing, etc). I’m NOT a server admin. Just a hack. But perhaps your setup is encountering a memory issue too. PS: after I made that memory increase, I also re-installed my Listify setup again.
Hello! Ive tried to send a ticket i receive a error : Before you can access your tickets we need to verify your email. I never receive the email! Anyways.

1. Sorry, there is no default option to achieve this as it currently stands. This would entail some custom work.
2. No, these details will not be cached or saved.
3. Kindly clarify on the exact label in reference.
About hiding the “cart” label, yes this is possible using some custom CSS.

1. Yes you can use the Loco Translate plugin but we recommend using the Say What plugin (https://listify.astoundify.com/article/283-how-to-change-single-words).
2. Sorry, Listing Types can be seen as the highest organizational item for Listify. You can only associate one Listing Type to a Listing.

Relating to your question here, we do not have an official app for listify theme. Our focus is with WordPress solutions. You can use Listify on a mobile browser, but we do not have a Listify Mobile app. You can use 3rd-party frameworks that promote creating mobile apps from WordPress themes if you wish. As for Arabic support, yes the theme supports RTL. Here is an article on this: https://listify.astoundify.com/article/559-does-the-listify-theme-support-rtl-right-to-left-language. Unfortunately as it currently stands we do not have Arabic websites authorized by our customers for showcase.

wierd.. all i can see in wordpress admin on listings menu is: Settings and Add-ons. Where are the rest of the menus? Listings, Categories and so on????

Sorry for the issue.
However, this is actually not an issue brought forth by the theme. Could you possibly try out this:
1. Deactivate your current Wp Job Manager plugin (Not delete).
2. Upload a previous version such as version 1.32.3 (under a different file name).
3. Activate the new upload and check whether you are in a position to view the rest of the menu items.
4. If so, deactivate that version and activate your previous version in 1 above.
