Video qode box doesnt work with your 20.0 version. Videos never appeared. I tried to switch back to older version (17.2 and 14.0) and it works perfectly. What’s wrong with your recent major updates?

Hello, logged a ticket on your support site about an issue with the theme importing demo content. I have troubleshooted with the video you offered but cannot resolve the issue. The next step was to offer you login details for the site but I cannot access the support site. I have tried resetting my password but this takes me back to the homepage. Can you assist? The theme has been great and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the importer

I asked my host for support. They can’t fix the issue but said “can you please contact your Theme support and ask them if they can whitelist our outgoing IP 91.208.99.2 and also if they have any other requirements for this import feature?”

There’re no further requirements for demo import. If you can’t meet the required values, you could import demo content without images. Whitelisting doesn’t have anything to do with us, theme authors, it’s related to your domain.

Hello, I updated to newest version of your theme (18,1), updated all plugins but I still see this banner in the backend:
“Version 18.0 – This is a major Bridge update. In order for your version to work properly, please do the following: Install and Activate Bridge Core Plugin Update all required plugins included with the Theme”

Well, the message should disappear when you update both theme and Core plugin. So this could probably be some caching issue on your side. Please make sure you flushed plugin cache, if there’s any and ultimately, you may want to get in touch with your hosting service to check if there’s some server-side caching going on.

Hi, the page loading animation isn’t working for my site. The animation plays, but then the page never actually loads. I have tried turning the loading animation off, but the changes won’t save after clicking ‘save changes’ on the Qode > General page

This is the first time we hear about this. We never received any similar complaint. Bridge is tested with the latest version of PHP so it should be working just fine.
Please check if your theme is updated and make sure you turned off all 3rd party plugins.

In the google chrome mobile app on iPhone, the transition to subpages does not react to iphon. A link appears in the address but the page does not load. You need to refresh the link to load the subpage.

We’ve just tested this option in local environment and it works quite nice, have a look: https://bit.ly/2LWFFLO & https://bit.ly/2XYJFhe Have in mind that this option will work for default page template only, so if your page template is full width or anything else, this option will not work.

In Demo 226, there is a “video” option in the menu and shows the different videos. Is there a SIMPLE solution to add that to the menu like it shows on the Bridge demo?

Unfortunately for this specific function we didn’t add any action hooks, sorry about that. Perhaps the easiest way of overriding in a child theme would be to create exactly the same file path to qode.icons.php and edit the template file.

Hi, I have a problem with the WP Forms plugin that I use on your topic bride on my website www.archevent.pl. When I go directly to the page from the link https://archevent.pl/16813-2 this form works normally but when I go to it using a hyperlink on another page https://archevent.pl/test-2 the plug behaves strangely and the form changes its appearance to very small and does not try to use it at all

Well, this is a default appearance for mobile devices, since we want to show as much content as possible. Mobile screens nowadays go under 5” and it’s hard to read if you need to scroll every couple of sentences.
In either way, you could insert this custom CSS inside Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS that will add 20px left & right padding for mobile devices only
