Hi, like other users I have the same issue with SiteGround Hosting for 120 – We recommend setting max execution time to at least 180. Increasing max execution to PH. SiteGround replies: After many tests and calculations we established that 120 seconds is more than enough for almost all website related processes. Importing the demo data also should not take so long. I would suggest you to consult with the theme developers and ask them for a way to import the demo data by avoiding this limit. The other way as you guys mentioned is using Alternate Demo Method but I cant even find any files under this section: https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/demos/alternate-demo-method/
for Step 3 I dont see any demo backup files…

The only reason why you are not seeing the files to download is because you are not signed into your support account, you need to be signed into the support account, please sign in and refresh the page and you should see the download link for each demo

I have seen WYSIWIG inplace edit using the Fusion Builder in Facebook videos. Is there a way to use that feature or it will be released in the future ? Thank you

Hey Team,
Bought your theme many times and never needed help. Love the theme. But I’ve got this issue.
Website works perfect on desktop.
On mobile the all the colums stack perfect but the text / buttons are very small!
When i use google inspector to mimic mobile, the website text etc scales up and it looks perfect.
But on mobile itself everything is too small. I’ve tried other mobiles with no luck.
And i’ve tried deleting cache.
Also when I use the mobile text scale up in theme options this makes no difference.

Avada is one of the best themes in the market. However, beside many options to build and customize website, it is really disappointing not to have an option to change faq items slug in to your content language.

Hello, is it possible completely disable the classic editor in Avada? I am considering purchasing the theme for a new project, but I only want the block editor and Fusion Builder to be available for the client to use (it is too confusing for a new user to have three editors available.) Thanks!

In the new version of WP, there is no classic editor. Gutenberg is the new default. When you install the Fusion builder plugin, you would see the page layout where the builder loads (unless you disable the auto load from the builder settings).
Please note, we can not use Gutenberg and Avada interchangeably

Helllo, thank you for your comment. It does not quite answer my question, so just to clarify…
On the site I currently use the Avada theme on, there are three options to edit pages and pages: Classic, Gutenberg, and Fusion Builder. When you click to edit an existing page without the Fusion Builder, it defaults to the Classic editor. You need to manually switch to the Gutenberg editor. When you leave the page edit screen and come back at a later time, it defaults to the Classic editor again.
My question is whether there is a way to disable the Classic editor option altogether in the Avada theme. I cannot find a way to turn it off. I do not have the Classic editor plugin installed. I do not want it as an option on a new site.

I am afraid this option is not possible via the current theme options. You can try using the white label branding plugin we offer and use custom CSS rule to hide it

You need to set header transparency to 1 and also disable the Fusion slider parallax in this case, we have proper documentation on both and you can read it below.

Hi,
I’ve purchased avada before and I am developing a site using it now. But unfortunately I am getting this error when creating a token
“Invalid token, the server responded with code 403.(Date: Tue, 16 Jul 2019 11:52:20 GMT | CF-RAY: 4f73c4f4e8b2c84f-AMS)”
I am pretty sure I’ve created a token properly and properly copied and pasted it on the field.

I do understand you must have followed all the steps on the page to generate the token However, it so happens, sometimes while generating the token we overlook the permissions that we need to give the Envato account to generate a valid token. I request you to please pay special attention to the checked boxes in the image here

Please remove any spacing that you have added in the column spacing and use the fallback as “yes”, screenshot here. This should make the spacing equal. Also, do this in regular columns and not nested columns

If the sub domain is a separate WP install then you would need a new copy of the theme. A single license is valid only for a single installation/active/live site
