Hello, I also have a question about the license. Currently I have with it the version 6.5.5 on it and had to notice that now RevSlider no longer works properly and some files for WooCommerce are outdated. How can I update the theme to the current version 6.6.0? When I search for updates in the theme, I am always told that there is nothing new. Many thanks for the help.

We’ve not released the 6.6 version yet because of a breaking change that required us to make some adjustments in the theme. The scripts and styles were not loading automatically anymore so we had to add some code to enable it. This will be part of our next release, at which point we will also provide the latest versions of Slider Revolution.

Recreating such a site needs quite some functionality like the whole booking system which is something that X does not come with. If you are looking for a site with the same look and functionality you will need programming knowledge as this would require quite some customisation.

One of my clients is using an old version 3.x of X. They can not contact the original developer, he has “disappeared”.
Can anything be done in order to get updates for my client who originally paid for the theme?
Regretfully not if if was purchased by someone else. We need the purchase code from their account to verify ownership (and whoever purchased it would need to send us that plus their permission for it to be transferred to another person).

We just purchased the license (w 1 year support). They are running X Version: 3.2.1. with the Xchild theme Integrity Light.
Is there anything particular we should be aware in upgrading or is it simply a matter of installing the current/latest version of the theme after we download it?
That version is over 4 years old! Quite a bit has changed since then so you should expect to find issues that need addressing. The best way would be to test the update in a development/testing environment to see any potential issues.
Thanks. Is there an upgrade path you would recommend? Intermediary updates? Or. does the current version handle the “conversions”?
You could do intermediary updates if you wanted to take the time to do so, but if you have a validated install it will prompt you to update to the latest version once the purchase code is installed.

Thank you. The authorization key is not work in my X control panel. I receive the error:

I’ve never had firewall issues before. Perhaps it’s because I’m using v3.x?

Yes, it is a lifetime purchase. You don’t need to renew the license. Validation is not required, but recommended so you can get automatic updates. This requires creating an account on our website so we can add the URL for your site and provide the updates.

Hello, I have a question, why your theme does not support image size selection? For example I have a client who bought your theme and classic image element only offers alt, ID, style.. so that means when he inserts an image into content he cannot select thumbnail size or any other size… image in that case loads as full sized image.. which crashes gtmetrix or any other page load testing. Thanks!

Adding one or multiple pre defined custom image sizes can be done by adding a single line to the functions.php file. Please open a new topic in our support forum and one of our staff can guide you through the specific steps.
No, I’m saying in page builder when you insert single image there is no option for image size.. so the builder uses always full sized image 
For example even your demo pages i.e. http://demo.theme.co/icon-6/blog/ are using full sized images then scaling by html..

I see what you mean, yes that is true in the content builder. It uses the main image source rather than the cropped value. You will need to make sure the images are scaled to the size you need them before uploading them to your site.
