Product discount percentage is not showing for variable products. Only “sale” text. How can i solve this issue?

Hi,

Actually this is not the issue but the default Functionality of the WooCommerce and the Theme, By default it will show the % of the discount price on the single/simple product page but not the % on variable product page, because variable product has multiple variations and it is not possible to show the single variation % price on the variable product page that is why it only shows the SALE label on the variable product page, In order to change it as per your requirements you have to Customize the Plugin and Theme core files.

Hi, Below error message appears when I tried to install the theme on wordpress.

“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

Error message which was received in above said mail is

“Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 242 of the file /home/thebliss/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/admin/lessphp/lib/Less/Tree/Ruleset.php. Error message: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69632 bytes)”

Error message which was appeared when I use the code define (‘WP_DEBUG’,true); is as below.

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/thebliss/public_html/test/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 1 The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instruction”

Could you please help me to correct this fault ASAP. Thank you!

This is your server incompatibility issue, Please increase your site memory size and make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/
and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve if not then Please once contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to solve this memory issue for you.

You can change the Single Product Page tabs styling from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCoomerce >> Single Product. Please see this screenshot for better understanding: https://prnt.sc/hbz09y and this is the only way to change it.

i recently updated theme and have real problem with dynamic-style.css I am unable to change menu settings it works only when I delete this file but each time i change in theme something it is created

This is because of server cache something like CDN or any other cache is activated on your server which is creating this file again and again so you have to remove and then deactivate all the server cache and then site cache and finally the browser cache then it will work for you.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 07/01/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
