I have a small question: Next to buying a license for this theme, do I also need to buy a license for Elementor (Pro)? Or is that included in the theme? Thank you for answering!

No, Elementor Pro cannot be included in a theme, you need to purchase a separate license of Elementor Pro. However, Phlox Pro theme includes more than 160 Elements and includes similiar elements which are available in Elementor Pro plugin.

We are facing difficulties to translate the “Loading” animation on some pages with the lazy load option. Every “Loading” terms are translated in Loco Translate but nothing is changing on the front-end.

I’m using the Green business 2 template and while editing the slider it’s disappeared. I can see the slides fine on the backend in the editor but on the front I only see a green button in the top left corner of the slider.
I attempted to search the forum but for some reason it won’t let me search the forum or submit a ticket for this issue. It just keeps giving me this message “User Profile Icon Restricted Forum This forum is for those who have already purchased the Master Slider WordPress Pro. Already Purchased? To access this support forum, update your purchased licenses by updating your profile.”

Preloader overlay is not hidden when using elementor editor. This should be deactivated during use of the elementor page editor.

Thanks. I do have another question though. You have an elementor element called flexible carousel, but I can’t figure out how to use it. When adding it, I get to “select a template” but nothing shows up in the dropdown. I assumed it might be referring to Elementor templates, but those I build don’t show up either. I could’t find anything in your documentation. Can you explain briefly please?

Sure, as you guessed you need to create Elementor templates with type of “Section” or “Block”, in this case, the name of template appears in the dropdown.

You need to add option for a header where nave menu is split between the logo
so you have
Navigation Navigation LOGO Navigation Navigation
So its all inline and not under the logo
