This theme is way overrated. It is based only on Elementor. It can’t work and I am deleting the theme.

Unfortunately video background on mobile can’t be achieved in Jupiter 6 version. If you want to show it, you can use Revolution Slider plugin and a video and other content there. Thank you for understanding.

are you guys removing the visual composer support from the theme? You guys are providing visual composer 5.1.x with the theme but visual composer 6 is now available. Also if I update my Jupiter theme to Jupiter X, will my visual composer still works with it?

We still support WPBakery plugin. It’s included in Jupiter 6 theme, but Jupiter X theme uses Elementor as the main page builder. If you use old Jupiter 6 version, you need update it to 6.2.0, not to Jupiter X, as in Jupiter X you have to re-create all pages with Elementor. How to get Jupiter 6 files, you can read here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/how-to-download-jupiter-v6-files/ . To update WPBakery plugin, go to Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins and you’ll see “Update” button for WPBakery Page Builder. https://themes.artbees.net/docs/update-wpbakery-page-builder/

Try to change Image Size in Jupiter X > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images. Also set Height value to blank for Medium Size in Settings > Media. Let us know the result.

Hello! I noticed that you have now two separate themes in Jupiter: The original Jupiter with Visual Composer and JupiterX with Elementor.
Will you continue to develop the original Jupiter or concentrate only on the JupiterX?
I have three licenses but they are all in use. Can I test the JupiterX on localhost before buying another license? I have never used Elementor.

How to change h1 for woocommerce category pages? I know that you can change the default from Theme Options but then every category would have the same title.

I am testing in localhost so unfortunately I cannot give you access to the site at this time. I removed the woo category page titles altogether.

It is a Woocommerce category page title. (Default text “Kauppa” = “Shop” is showing on every category page.)
Thank you for the screenshot. Are you using Jupiter 6 theme? If so, you need edit the settings in Theme Options > Shop > General, enable the option “Use Product Category / Tag Name as Page Title” https://take.ms/OL98Q and remove your Shop title in the “Product Category Archive Loop Title” field.

Can you please help me with information about how to set up a shop page where the products can be limited by queries (with include and exclude) AND a smart filter can be applied. I’ve asked about this several times via support tickets and keep getting responses about how to do one or the other, but so far is seems like Jupiter X can’t do both…which is strange for an ecommerce tool!

You can filter the products by categories as described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_6Hf3cUl3Q . To be able to show specific products on the page, you need use Products Grid element of JetWooBuilder plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQa-rMMqcqg . Thank you.
The JetWooBuilder Products Grid does not meet the requirements.
(a) It does not allow me to not show some products by excluding categories using queries, or any other workaround like applying queries for both categories and tags at the same time.
(b) According to previous tickets you’ve told me that the the JetWooBuilder Products Grid cannot be used on the archive template (see ticket #93437) so this solution doesn’t work for shop pages.
An alternative approach is to use the Products Loop from the shop template. But this has even less functionality. It does not allow me to limit the products that appear by query (see ticket #94126).
Finally, another approach is to use the Raven Products element. This element works for applying queries and allows me to set inclusions and exclusions, BUT smart filters don’t apply here (see ticket #94126).
As you can see I’m willing to try any method…I just need one method that does what its reports to be able to do. I just want to show products for related to relevant categories and tags, AND allow my users to filter products themselves.
