1. I see that you do not have content in the ‘HEADER’ and the menu links are added in the Header Bottom Bar. However, while calculating the height of the HEADER on scrolling in the same page, the default height of the header of 50px is also taken into account, which is why you see the while space. Try setting the LOGO PADDING value under OSHINE OPTIONS > LOGO to 0 and if the problem persists, Could you try adding the custom code below to see if that fixes the issue?

1) Regarding your query we would like to inform you that unfortunately it is not possible to create a gallery with category, But however you can acheive the same through the portfolios , you can have a Portfolio Item set up as Lightbox Gallery where in a set of images will be opened in Lightbox upon clicking the thumbnail. The Lightbox Gallery will be displayed, when you click open the Thumbnail in the Portfolio Grid . The images will be shown in a Pop up gallery. The instructions to create one such portfolio is here – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/creating-lightbox-gallery-portfolio/ and assign categories for each lightbox category.

2) Regarding portfolios, To create portfolio, first you need to create single portfolio items in backend Portfolio > Add New. Here you can give portfolio title, assign category, featured image(thumbnail) that will be shown in the portfolio grid and link thumbnail to a single portfolio page or a external page. Refer the article in our knowledgebase http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/create-a-portfolio-post-item/. And then to present the single portfolios in grid format in a page, you can use the Portfolio module of Tatsu. 2. Metabox recently changed how updates on their premium extensions are handled and that causes this warning. Since these extensions are bundled as a part of our theme, you don’t have to add the license key and don’t worry about the updates, we will include the updated extension along with theme updates. We will patch this notice in our next update though, just make things reassuring.

You need to paste the code in CUSTOM CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

2. Unfortunately video backgrounds are not supported in mobile devices. This is because mobile operating systems play videos separately using its the native video player and not directly inline inside a browser. This is not just a limitation of our theme. We provide an option to use a static background image instead in a mobile device. You can also have a play icon or a watch the video button, which you can link to a video that will played in a lightbox. You can have this icon / button visible only in a mobile device.

Unfortunately, you cannot edit the Single Product page using TATSU editor. However, we have had some customers use other page builders to build their pages and it should work in your case as well. You just need to ensure that you either build the page / product page entirely with tatsu or elementor, as using them interchangeably might disrupt the styling of some of the modules.

Apologies about the delay in my response. Yes, it is not recommended that you have the same Id for more than one section on a page. And ID is meant to be an unique identifier and having duplicate ones will cause such issues in navigation. Alternatively, i would recommend that you have the SAME section for both desktop and mobile, but have different versions of the ROWS within it. Since it is the SECTION that will be targeted for navigation, having multiple rows will not be a problem. Kindly let me know if you need further assistance.

Heya, thx to response me ASAP. Now the light theme for header works well… is possible that some cache affect this feature? By the way, now works fantastic, but new issues appear:

1. Hamburger menu icon looks in white even that I changed the color in OSHINE OPTIONS>Hamburguer menu

2. Where I can find the arrow icons that oshine template use in some sliders? I want to replace it via FTP.

3. How can I change the text Sections Menu (hover effect, active and all these css styles)?? If I need to put a personal CSS, which is the best file to include it? And in which path I can find it via FTP?

4. How is possible to modify the footer style and structure like Tastu implements for sections page? If is not possible and I need to create HTML and CSS, where I can put the code? (file, path….)

5. How can I keep the small version of the header (sticky version) in the rest of the pages? I want the effect just in the home page… Is it possible to define different behaviors depending on the pages?

Point 6: The Image Carousel that you use in template V2 home page can integrate info of photos changing parameter “show information box” like u said here https://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/carousel-gallery/

But I’m using for my home page (the template v20 related with video full screen) and now, on the bottom part, I puted an Image Carousel Module but Tatsu doesnt offer the option to enable the information, and if I change de type of page to Gallery all crash…. how I can I enable info images inside the default template page. Hi,

1) Most of the arrow icons cannot be changed because they have been rendered as SVG and not images that can be replaced within a particular file so you will have to adjust it using custom CSS codes, hope you understand.

2) If you are using a transparent / semitransparent header, you will be able to choose the header color scheme in the hero sections settings panel of each page. The light color will automatically apply a white text color and dark scheme will apply black and if you have set your header as default then the color you set as the color scheme (primary color) under color hub will be applied as the hover color to your navigation menu and the color you set under TYPEHUB > FONT VALUES > Main navigation menu will be set as the default color to your navigation menu. You can change just the Menu Hover color (to one other than color scheme) under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > HEADER STYLE > Set Navigation Link Hover Color. You can also add your own custom CSS in the custom CSS field under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

3) We have included the oshine child theme along with the main theme, you can just install and activate the child theme and inside the child theme you can find a folder called style.css in here you can add all your custom CSS which you would like to add and you can edit this file any time.

4) Unfortunately you cannot have the “show information box” icon for the portfolio carousel module that is added in TATSU, this appears in the demo V2 because when the page template is set to gallery the pages cannot be edited in TATSU and so the option is given just to add the extra description text, but where as in the portfolio carousel module case you can edit the page in TATSU and add the text above or below or anywhere around the module. Hope you understand.

5) If you are looking to have a full screen overlay mobile menu , here is the custom CSS code to make the Mobile Menu look like an overlay menu , but however kindly note that you will not get the same animation effect on the menu items as that in the desktop devices-

After some digging, looks like the theme doesn’t detect woocommerce when it’s been network activated in a multisite. Suggestion to replace in_array( ‘woocommerce/woocommerce.php’, apply_filters( ‘active_plugins’, get_option( ‘active_plugins’ ) ) ) in function.php to is_plugin_active(‘woocommerce/woocommerce.php’). This should work on a normal installation as well as in multisite. For now, I added it on my child theme’s function.php.

Hi, Can you tell us what source of images you have choosen in the gallery module is it the selected images or someother source like Instagram or dribble gallery ? If you just clicked on the plus icon and added the images it should probably appear normally without any issues but if you have choosen some third party sources and having some problem with feed is the only way you can get a error. Our demo displays an error because of the dribble feed’s temporary problem. But however if you face an issue even after adding the Instagram’s api key kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password via the private message form in the support tab so we can investigate this issue further and help you accordingly at the earliest.

On further investigating it looks like you have added the below custom CSS code inside the mobile media query which causes the portfolio items to disappear in mobile devices.

Kindly remove this code from oshine options > general settings > custom CSS in order to resolve this issue. Hope you understand.

Please find my responses below -

1. I see that you have changed the style of the team module now and are using Inline Text to add the designation? Do let me know if you still need any help with the spacing.

2. All the modules in the page builder have alignment option that you can use to align them to left. And to add a line break within a text module, you can use “shift + enter” key combination. If you meant to ask about a different issue, kindly provide screenshot from your page where we can view the problem so that we can give you the necessary solutions.

3. Kindly set the BLOG GUTTER STYLE to No Margin on the edges under OSHINE OPTIONS > BLOG SETTINGS > BLOG MASONRY STYLE SETTINGS.

4. The Blog Taxonomy – Category is present in core WordPress and unfortunately cannot be modified. However, if you want to display all your blog posts in a page and link it in the menu, you can create a new page under PAGES > ADD NEW and name it Blog, and set this page as the POSTS PAGE under SETTINGS > READING in your WordPress dashboard. Add this page to the menu and it will have the link http://futurefan.co.kr/blog, instead of displaying the “category” page.

Hello, thanks for the reply. I have tried out your suggestions and tried somethings my self, though there is some unsolved issue.

For the solution 3 suggested for deleting left margin space for “blog/category page”, my setting is already same as what you have suggested, no margin for gutter style, therefore, it made no changes on the left margin space.

For solution 4 which I have tried it out, setting it in that way makes right sidebar to disappear, which is needed in my website.

Below I’m writing down the one thing I would like to solve again. - Page: http://futurefan.co.kr/category/all/ - Current: Have space ‘40px’ on the left side of the category posts - Current css: - Goal: Make left margin space as 0px for the posts and have right sidebar stay as it is

- If further possible, solution 4 (Pavithra have suggested) + sidebar on the right

I have tried out adding “element.style { margin-left: 0px; }” at custom css though it made no change.

Can you check if you have any 3rd party plugin enabled in your site It is likely that the CSS/Javascript used to load the Theme Element is conflicted by the other plugins that you have.
