The suggestion is nice. We will add it to our todo list and implement it directly in the theme on a future update.

Seems that you are installing tho whole package. Not the theme zip file itself. In order to install the correct zip you need to unzip the downloaded file and go to folder /theme/wikb.zip

Hello, very nice design. Some pre-purchase questions: 1. any backend access to the demo site? 2. is there any support tickets ques management feature? can it assigned tickets to specific support agent? any support agent management features?

1. We do not offer demo admin access at this moment, but if you can let us know what exactly you want to see, we can make a video or provide you screenshots.
2. In terms of support tickets system, the theme comes with bbPress (See forums page). If you are using bbPress, there is also a plugin to make replies private (in order for the customers to send credentials safely).
In addition to this, we are using the plugin Simple Support System which comes with Envato Intergration and tickets submission. The wordpress.org plugin link also has screenshots on how the plugin works.
3. If you are using the 2nd tickets solution (the Simple support system) all the tickets will be sent via email to a preset email address.

1. Yes the theme can be updated from the dashboard via the official envato market plugin.
2. There are multiple plugins to extend bbPress (the forum engine) and create private topics. If you need help we can also recommend a few.
3. This depends on your needs and how you wish to set up who to see what knowledge bases. Make categories or posts private for some users and for others not. There are many cases. But again there are plugins to achieve this.

1. Regarding the license of the plugin. Being a bundled plugin, it can be used without any restrictions without being activated. The activation code is to enable updates and have access to the support center of the plugin’s creator. But because it’s bundled, all the updates and support comes through us, the theme seller (See Bundled plugins and how it works).
2. If you open a support ticket via https://modeltheme.ticksy.com/ we would be happy to help you without any problems.
In your comment, you mentioned this “No one from support can help me !!!!”: Please keep in mind that you did not open any support tickets so far.
Note: As soon as you submit a ticket, we will do our best to solve it and make your site ready to use. Unless we check your dashboard, we cannot tell you why the site crashes while installing WooCommerce. It can be for a variety of reasons (low hosting resources, extra incompatible plugins installed etc…)

Why is there no plugin for Your Custom Website page? If I’m not mistaken, this is the Cost Calculator WordPress Plugin plugin. You are selling a template and do not represent the fully listed objects. I will have to wait for your answer, and after that, contact Envato support with a request for a refund

The theme comes bundled with bbPress (forum platform). In order to have the private replies to a topic, you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress-private-replies/
We tested it and it’s doing the right thing to achieve this feature.

Yes, the WPBakery is mandatory in order to fully usable as you see it on live demo.
We didn’t test it with easy digital downloads plugin. Usually, it works without any problems, but the main problem is the styling, it will not be styled according to the current theme design.
