We are interested in this theme, seems it’s powerful for tourism business.
Just one thing that most of our products are FIT tours based on person numbers, does the theme support to set tiered pricing? For example: 1-2 persons: 1000 Yuan per person; 3-6 persons: 800 Yuan per person; 7-9 persons: 600 Yuan per person.

Our pre-sale inquiry is not updated on version 2.7.7 as you promised. We feel being cheated. Pls issue the refund.
Your support team tell us to setup discount price per person: Access admin dashboard -> Tour -> Price setting , select price per person. Then you can see option to “Add New” discount price per person section.
This is totally not a solution you promised, and definitely not what we want as our pre-sale inquiry described.
i want to buy additional licence as i want to build new website for Medical Tourism, can we add an additional option like hotels, tours ..etc, to read Hospital ? clinic and doctor ? with all existing options we have in the theme, we will keep tours, activities, car and all function, the medical part need to be added, the features more or less similars to the hotels

In the new update I can not all the options in “Styling General Option” For example layout, typography, google fonts and ets… please let me know In your video which is in dropbox under modern layout you have all the options like color but I cant see any.

In Theme when we enable Woocomerce Checkout from theme setting to enable Paypal Payment for bookings then “Booknow” funtion is broken & no one can able to book tours, Also as per my initial Investigation Woocommerce Product is created with Tour name & Product is Variable Product but it has no Attributes & Variations. So kindly Provide Fix for this Woocommerce & theme issue for Booking function.

Pre-sale question:
Before buy your theme, we just checked your document guide: most functions are fit our needs, but only the tour price function is not good enough for our needs.
By reading the document, your theme support only one fixed price for the tour, even though there can set discount groups, they are all based on that fixed price.
However, in most of our tour business, we need to set different prices like the following:
1 adult : $500 per person
2 adults : $400 per person
3 adults : $300 per person
4-6 adults: $200 per person
7-9 adults: $100 per person
10+ adults: $50 per person
In tourism industry, it’s called Tiered Pricing, most of the platforms like Viator/TripAdvisor/Tourradar/Bokun can set like above or https://prnt.sc/opim5z.
I know that your discount group can set it by cutting the percentage or amount of the fixed price, but why not let us to set the prices directly?
Hope your team can consider our suggestion, we believe most your customers are also need it.

Defiantly, Our Theme do support to add Tour Price as your wish above that allow admin can set up the price by number of person, in both choice of discount option (percent and amount).
You can easily set up in admin page as your wish.

Thanks for your reply, but I think you didn’t get my point: what we need is to set the prices like the following:
1 adult : $500 per person

The above prices filled out should be the final price per person. Which means we need to put the direct price in each group, not to put discount amount in.

- We do not support this function to show the final price per person or per group as your wish at this moment. In case you want to made it, you can ask for custom job for you.
- One more thing i would like to let you know that we will update the function to show out the discount % or discount amount for the tour price that allow your customer can see and attractive this. We had received this recommend from our partner so we may do it soon on our next version.

Thanks for your answers. I just found another travel theme which fits our Tiered Pricing needs exactly. Because by using tiered pricing, it can always show a lowest price start from. Quite a pity that your theme can’t do that.

Hello I have installed your demo. I have a problem when it comes to using the ST search form. When I want to search for a hotel it always shows me “No hotel found” in the Search Hotel Popup Map. But when I go to the search hotel popup map directly instead of using the ST search Form it shows me all the hotels. What can the issue be ?

Thank you. But when i upload demo data by one click, there is not search page. So i upload just pages by manual. it is working but it is still not looking like demo site.
