Hi, I have purchased the theme and have successfully installed it. However I am having an issue on the check out page. Once I reach the page and fill in my billing address. The List of Products, the payment option (COD) and the Place order button are Disabled. I cannot proceed.

I am very interested in buying your Byanca theme.
I will need to develop a “bespoke section” with website developers and they confirmed me that they can only do it through WordPress. Could you please confirm me if your theme is compatible with WordPress and WooCommerce? So we can make sure there won’t be any problem during the integration of the “bespoke section” on the rest of the website.
Also, could you please confirm me: - What payment methods does the theme accept? - Can consumers change the currency on the website? - Is there the option to allow consumers to change the language on the website?
I will buy the theme as soon as I get your confirmation on the points above.

Our theme is compatible with WordPress and WooCommerce.
The payment methods that can be accepted are direct bank transfer, cash on delivery, check payments and PayPal.
Unfortunately, only the site owner can set the currency in the admin area that will be applied to the whole site.
You can use a plugin such as WPML to have your website in different languages.

I have problems adding filters to the page, when i add filters by price, by colors, etc, they do not appear in the page. I add some widgets and they do not appear too, the only filters that works is the “search” button. How can i fix this?

Our main page builder is WPbakery page builder and it came bundled within our theme. On homepage is used Rev Slider and ti also came bundled within our theme. Yes, there are lot of options for customization inside this slider. 3) Theme & Plugin update, your documentation says it should be done via FTP overwriting the onea folder. What about using Envato Toolkit instead? And how would the bundle plugins to be updated?
4) the Subscribe to our Newsletter section above the footer, I’m not seeing any subscribe form. Is it missing from the demo preview?
5) The email subscribe Popup box, can it be deactivated on all pages, OR have it pops on certain pages only? I know selecting checkbox & X will close it out completely, but need to know if the other options are available.
6) Shop Details Page, for example: https://byanca.select-themes.com/product/casual-style-3 – There’s no image zoom when hovering the mouse over the image? I only see the Popup of the image when clicked on.

1) Yes you can set dark skin for any header type in our theme.
2) Byanca is integrated with the woocommerce plugin and all the extensions provided by author of the woocommerce are compatible also
3) Yes you can also use envato market for the theme update that you can download from this link https://envato.com/market-plugin/

4) This section is just for the demo purposes, we showcased how you can configure subscribe section and direct site visitors to the form page (in this case contact-us) and you can set any other form on that page.
5) You can disable subscribe pop up on all pages through theme options.
6) If you decide to user our theme our support agent can help you to hide image title with small code snippet. Regarding click behaviour on main image, you can choose from two different lightbox options like shown in the screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/GYUHY7H8 but if you want zoom functionality you would have to use some third party plugin since there’s no such theme option. In some of the theme we used this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-zoom-magnifier/ for that purpose.

If I buy this theme and if the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin has some compatibility issue after installation and needs some styling fixes to work with your theme, your team can help me with it, yes? I tried this plugin on couple other themes prior and it caused some styling issues, for example some variable products fields were not displaying properly on the product page, etc. Let me know. Hi It is not about changing the texts. Your theme is configured in such a way that whatever we type in the slider revolution banner, it appears as Caps only. I want to get it as we type irrespective of caps or small letter.

Note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this example: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.
