Hi dhosier! No this is absolutely not a common error, otherwise from here you should see about 50.000 similar reports… what version of Uncode do you have? Probably you are using an old version. PS: are you also compliant with the Server Requirements in the System Status?

I am using version 2.1.0 and yes I meet all the server reqs in System Status, green across the board.

As the error reports you have a Memory issue “Out of memory (allocated 23068672) (tried to allocate 524288 bytes)”, for example this can be related to a shared host (someone is using resources allocated). Anyway, if you need support please open a ticket so we can check privately if no other user report this issue is not easy to debug in words.

In fact, the new PageSpeed penalizes big WordPress themes. You can agree or not but this is a simple fact of ratio (math), the problem is that you use text on the background so it’s more evident otherwise they work exactly the same. Anyway if you want a header that completely scales the same as it’s desktop you can use Slider Revolution plugin that is part of Uncode, this has this option (but in my advice on mobile these headers are terrible since they are so small)...

Hi! 1. I think that any theme customise the WooCommerce part and a plugin like (that is a plugin of a plugin) can only work with a very basic theme. 2. I saw in a cusstomer installation but I don’t look at the plugin or don’t know if was part of customisations. PS: really don’t understand the the controversy about the design of WooCommerce since this is the same one you see on the demo.

Hello again, sorry but the snippet above, actually, doesn’t allow any click at all, also when the carousel doesn’t slide, so it doesn’t solve your issue unfortunately. We are looking into this at this moment, thank you for the heads-up. We’ll release a fix in the next update, for sure, but it will be something that will involve the JS script of the Carousel plugin as well, so, I mean, something more complicated than a quick CSS snippet.
