Hi,

There is no Brightness and Hue on Product Images but it is showing some more brighter then actual image because of the Image Size, The Actual Image Size is very large as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/q6go3so

You can see the Size of the Image is very large and when you inspect your site product image you will find the different Size of the Image as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/vm1nkbp
You can see the difference between dimensions of the original and the product image sizes, Now, its clearly make sense that the small image size has more brighter pixels then large image sizes, So this is just because of the Image Size and no any bright or hue involve in it. Hope this is clear now.

It is showing Sale instead of Percentage(%) right, because this is the default functionality of the WooCommerce that it only shows the sale price crossed on the single/simple product not for the variable product because there are a lot of variations in the variable products and all has there own price and sale price so it is not suitable for only show the single variant sale price on the variable product so as I told above that it is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin and there is no option in the theme or WooCommerce plugin for that you have to make it possible as you want with the help of Customization.

2. Again this is the default functionality of the Theme and WooCommerce and there is no option in the Theme for it, you have to make it possible using Customization.

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its wdth you set.

Please try with the CSS given below once, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Really sorry for the inconvenience but Our business hours are Monday to Saturday – from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM EST, and I can see that support team asked for the CPanel Login and you replied you do not have it and then support team asked for the FTP and again you replied you do not have it, and support team is not able to login into your WP Admin Dashboard because it is also showing the same issue “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”, So THis is not the Theme issue, but it is your server min-configuration or any plugin issue which is not working properly with your server, So please contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to provide the FTP or Server Login to you and then you have to provide it to use via our support system so we will be able to check it for you, without debugging we can only provide you the assuming solutions, which are as follows:

Please check once with the plugins, please deactivate all the plugins and check the site will back or not, if it will back live again then activate all the plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site and do not use it.

OR

Please deactivate the Theme and check your site will back or not, if it will back live again then it means your server is not properly configured as the minimum requirements of the Theme and in that case try to set your server requirements as minimum require for the Theme and Install the Theme again from Scratch as showing in this video: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/
