We have received some feedback for problem between Option Tree version 2.7 and Traveler Theme and we create this post to guide you resolve this issue.
The cause of this problem from newest version of this plugin and we have created the fix version have included in the Traveler Theme 2.7. To update it you can do by our guide below.
Case 1: Please update your theme to newest version then deactivate and delete current Option Tree plugin and re-install it with package have included in theme.
Case 2. If you do not want to upgrade theme, please download this plugin from here

Hello I have just installed your demo. It always shows me “No hotel found” in the Search Hotel Popup Map and other 2 hotel search pages. Other pages like tour, activity, car… are good, only hotel not working.

Some questions to make up my mind if it fits my needs
I plan a medical tourism booking site with hotels, clinics and travel packages
1. I could create 2 new hotel (sub)categories: 1st for hotels & 2nd for clinics and also use tours as travel packages. Will this work?
2. Seen discussion re: renaming post types, but need to be sure: can labels and/or slags be renamed for your hotels, tours etc? (maybe it would be enough if only labels can be renamed using loco translate)
3. Are single property pages (single hotel, tour etc) based on ready page templates or each one should be created with vc shortcodes?
4. Compatibility wit Gravity forms? (need to use for conditional / calculated booking forms)
5. ETA for Elementor support?
6. Plz confirm that WPML, Woocommerce work ok

2. Yes, you can renamed post type by using loco translate, kindly refer our document here:

4 and 5. Unfortunately, we do not support yet.

1. Let me explain: I think to use your theme hotels for both hotels & clinics & anything else later. How? By creating 2 hotel sub-categories, 1 for hotels & 1 for clinics. May tomorrow i create a 3rd hotel sub-category to handle yachts… Think that if i rename theme hotels to let’ s say properties why this senario here will not work? I will have Properties/Hotels & Properties/Clinics & Properties/Yachts etc (all as sub-categories of your hotels post type)

3a. You mean modern pages are based on fixed templates and older classic pages are custom with vc shortcodes? And can we still create custom modern pages with new modern shortcodes using vc (besides templates)?

Hello is it possible to have different payment methods for members and users Currently, if I select paypal and waiting for validation in the means of payment, the two choose appear in mode of payment whereas for the reservations, I need only Waiting for validation and for the payment of the packages, I only need paypal I can not differentiate payment methods for these two pages?

Then tell me why when he posted the api on the theme system it didnt work? It was saying the api hadnt approval from the theme designer. Moreover, you came to my cpanel and messed the whole website that was installed already. Just became a theme only with letters and lost all my designer and api that was installed! Just one thing that most of our products are FIT tours based on person numbers, does the theme support to set tiered pricing? For example:
1-2 persons: 1000 euros per person; 3-6 persons: 800 euros person; 7-9 persons: 600 euros per person.

Hi, congratulations for the great work and efforts in this theme. I have some suggestions
1 : Why not add geolocation search so that if a person is searching for something saya hotel, he can do so buy just typing the city?(like in your affiliate demo)
2 : In the mixed service, why not add booking for Flights and Trains or even Cruise ships?
3 : Where can i get the images and the demo as it is on the example on your website? I am unable to use the theme without the demo as it appears on your website.
4 : Can i get the logo PSD so that i can make mine?

4 months still waiting for the geolocation feature, i hope you still have this in your nearest updates roadmap, so many people are asking about this in comments threads, waiting for this feature to be able to use the theme, destinations listing is old-school now and many people dont want it, add geolocation based search, it will be much better as is in many other travel themes, your theme is very great and i believe step by step you will give us many features..thanks

This issue is over 3 years. Kindly guys pay more attention to productive functionality, add geolocation system.
