Probably you have enabled the sticky header and it’s displayed on the scroll. Please try to disable header animation in Theme Options > Header Options > Header style (number of the style you are using).

Is it possible to turn of repeat/continuous scrolling when using the image auto moving background option for a row.
I would like to have an image taller than the row to scroll until it hits the bottom of the image.

Ronneby theme is 6m for now and for now it cannot be reduced to keep all theme’s functionality. As for native, we are planning to optimize it as well, however, we will need some time for work and testing.

LayerSlider & Visual Composer were not included when I uploaded the theme. It was advertised on Themeforest that these were included. Please advise. I am very dissatisfied with the support I have received thus far and do not feel I have received everything that was advertised.

As for the support, you have requested about email sending so we have asked to check it with hoster. We also suggested checking by yourself, if you are not comfortable with sharing the access, please check it directly on the server as we have mentioned in the origin response.
As for the plugins, please make sure you have updated the theme up to the latest version as the update is included to theme update we have released today. As for the LayerSlider we have extended the licence for this plugin and can share it with you. Please contact our team and we’ll send it to you.

Visual Composer is not working. The hoster cannot figure out what is wrong and why the contact form is not working either. Please advise on how I can fix this. I do not wish to give you the login info to my site.

Seems you have set Logo position on page editing, please remove logo position to fix header. Please set another header style (for example 1) and you will see this option http://prntscr.com/orpr8y.
Header height can be set in Theme Options > Header Options > Top menu height. Logo position cannot be changed in this header style. You can do it with the header builder by creating your style based on header 8.
As for the third request, we are not sure we have got it correctly. Could you please submit a ticket in our support center and clarify the request a little bit?

I just submitted a second ticket asking about WP bakery not updating with bundled premium theme – you send me a link to download the theme again and re-install it. I’ve done this, why must I do it again? in fact, must I just ikeep doing the same thing over and over again and have the same result. – is WP Bakery full version bundled with your theme or not?

OK, deleted the plugins, updated the theme, re-installed the plugins, updated them. WP bakery OK, but getting this message on Revolution Slider: ” Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates).”
Now also seeing this on the updates panel: “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder.”
“Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits” added by slider itself, plugin provides premium templates available only if you purchase and activate plugin, this functionality is not included to the bundled plugin. The notice is added by WPBackery to force users to purchase plugin separately, however, the update is available in theme.

Please check Page editing > Header style > scroll down the dropdown > here you will see all custom headers (they have Constructed in brackets after header name) http://prntscr.com/oorwxc.
In case you need to set header all over the site, you can choose it in Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings. Custom header style will be set after 14 header style presets.

Hello, I know my support period has expired but the theme has a big problem with the DFD-tabs element that I would like to be fixed, I believe this is a bug and no extended support is required right?
On the desktop the DFD-Tabs or DFD-Tour elements work well, but on any mobile device there is a bug that the page does not follow the accordion, please see an example:
