I’ve noticed that on the search form/function on your demo site, when you start typing, it autosuggests the results/pages. Also, on the search results page it is not showing the featured images. Is there a way to change the settings for the search form on our site, so that it is the same as the demo site?

We are using ‘header 1 on our site, with search form in header enabled. However, the autosuggest isn’t working and also on the search results page the setup is different, where each result is pulling the image from the featured image section.

Hello DFD, In the image gallery the option to edit the image alt text does not appear.

I can see from your change log that something about image alt attribute was worked on in v.1.0.6 but I have been updating my theme but it still does not show.

How can I enable this.

Hello DFD, I am finding hard to find the setting to update the number of portfolio items that is displayed at a time.

I can see the setting to update the number of items to show per row. I set it to show 3 items per row but it’s showing 8 items so the last row is not even cause it has only 2 items. I would like to update it to show 9 items so there can be 3 items in all the rows at a time.

Please reply me with where I can find this setting.

Hi I had an old client contact me re problems with the theme. Color selection not working correctly, page header disable function not working correctly… I found they were still using Visual Composer not WP Bakery with the Native theme so I updated to WPBakery but its now killed my website pages.

I am using the video background feature – and it has suddenly stopped playing on desktop view. Do you know what additional settings may have caused this?

I’m using the header4, a menu and logo centered with the 18_eighteenth demo. I’m trying to put a black header background with opacity of 50%. I see that there is always a white background under the header, regardless of the color chosen. I tried via css (#header, .header-wrap {background-color: none! important;} to remove this white background but it is still there. Could you tell me how to remove this white background? Thank you
