hi portotheme team, I have a client’s website based on porto which is developed by some xyz company, but now that company refused to give license key back to us, that is why I am unable to update the theme, my current theme version is 4.4.5 and showing ‘Congratulations! Your product is registered now.’ even having registered license theme i am unable to update it, please help, we dont want to buy this theme again.

There is a FAQ section in Porto theme, which has the option to show selected categories or Answers, i just have to tell which category ID i want to show up. Where can i dinf the category ID that i fill in that option to make it works? Now it shows all of them or none of them.

I’ve just updated the them to the latest version, and the porto fancy text has gone all weird, isn’t working properly on the homepage, the prefix is fine, but the two line for the Fancy Text are joined together and showing at the same time?

Also, all I have done is to update the theme and nothing else, which should work out of the box with out any issues – so please tell me why I should be paying for extra support, when surely I should not need it? this has to be something that your updated template has done to my site, as I have not done any additional work to the website for me to require support for – then why should I have to pay for it? thanks

Please Login into your CPanel, and go to wp-content and rename the plugins folder to anything as per your requirements and then create a new folder with same name as plugins and check your site WP Admin, I am sure it will work again and then you have to Install all the plugins again one by one.
