WPBakery is not mandatory plugin, it is only additional, 3rd party tool that you can use or not and it depends on you only. We completely agree that WPBakery is painful and that’s why it is only for those who doesn’t want to open eyes on anything else.

Can’t find any solutions, so frustrated this theme doesn’t work just get error 404 on homepage. My client is furious, utter rubbish!!!

Hi,
I’m using your great theme and really happy with it. Except i have one problem with the portfolio style “Mansory Minimal”: I have blank spaces between some pictures, it seems random. So when i Have 2 columns for example, the first 3 images are right and under the third one, a blank space and then the other pics. IDK why. Also pictures sometimes go over the footer (superposition). My site is not live yet but will launch on wednesday. really need to fix it ! Can you help me? Thanks a lot

My client wants commas in the counters (e.g. 5,000 not 5000). Many other themes I have used have this capability in final display. Please help.

the Counter item uses Javascript that is based on math calculations. As you probably knows, JS is unable to do such calculations when the value contains extra characters like ”,” (comma). So we are sorry but for now, we do not have such option included.

How can I remove the search button from showing up on the mobile version on my website but not the desktop?
Currently when I go from the mobile, the logo appears and then the search button right under it. I would like to remove the search button from the mobile version but to keep it on the desktop.

Hello Team, Unfortunately cant install Slider Revolution or Layer Slider from your theme, finally page move to timeout error. Empty Wordpress, without any plugins or themes. Just upload your theme on clear wordpress and start to install. Could you help me please?

Hi,
I’m experiencing a problem across the board when using the Header Builder and people are viewing on smaller laptop screens. It seems that the menu starts to wrap instead of condensing or turning into the burger menu.
I have sub menus as well so when it wraps I see that the sub menus overlap over the wrapped menu items below causing a very undesirable effect.
Mobile and widescreens is fine. Why when the browser is smaller or the screen size is not in full desktop does my menu wrap in two and sometimes three rows and even the phone number looks odd?

The Main Menu switches to burger menu at a predefined breakpoint 960px. The only way to place that many items in the main menu is to move other items like button or phone number to the second row.
Menu item overlaping the submenu is our mistake and will we fixed in the next update. Meanwhile please paste below code in Theme Options > Custom CSS field:

in reference to Envato license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build.

But I do not understand then why is advertised +450 themes if in fact can only use 1. There is no sense to that. It would be better to put the themes with more accessible value.

450+ pre-built websites mean that you can choose one of them at a time and change it whenever you want within the same domain. You can have a completely new website if you want and keep the same builder and options panel that you already know.
As we said in the previous message, the license applies to ALL themes on this marketplace, and there is no other license available. We cannot offer licenses other than those provided by Envato.
