I am looking to purchase this theme, however I compared it to your other video theme VideoPro, and I noticed that the other theme has a live stream support, and wanted to find out if this one does or it shall be implemented soon? As I prefer this theme over the other one.

Theme isn`t PHP 7.2 supported?

Hey there! How do you change the carousel on particular pages after update? I can’t find the option in viz comp or anywhere in the backend editor.

Theme shows an visible error message on mobile devices. Clean install of the theme and all plug-ins deactivated. Any idea where this is coming from?

Also, the Big Carousel on the homepage doesn’t show the latest posts anymore.

Can this theme embed youtube playlist code?

I wanted to do migration test on localhost so I made a fresh wordpress and then I installed your theme after that I made a backup file from my current site to import the content to the localhost. Both my current site and loaclhost use TrueMag theme.

I used All in One WP Mirgration Plugin to export all content from august 2019 to today just for test purpose.

I got the backup file and then tried to import it in my loaclhost and everything worked fine but when I opened some posts to check that all the content is there I found that All content are there except one which is the multi links box. See this image https://prnt.sc/or8bj4. The category, the tags and embed code all are there but not the multi links. I tried the operation again but I got the same results.

Can you please tell me the safest way to merge my content when I have the same theme but in different hosts.

I tried the Wordpress import and export old way https://prnt.sc/or8gdb but it’s not good comparing to the All in One WP Mirgration.

Hi! When I try to make a change on theme options like changing the logo, get a warning says “You need a higher level of permission. Sorry, you are not allowed to manage these options.”

​Forgot Password link dosen’t change the password​.

The Twenty Nineteen theme is working fine with forgot password. I got the link in the email and I changed the password but in your theme I got the link and I typed the new password and then clicked ok but the new password don’t work and the old password work.​​ I disabled all the plugin but the problem still there so the plugin and the Twenty Nineteen theme are work fine while TrueMag not.
