no, it won’t work. This item uses math calculations in JS and that’s why it is impossible to use commas or any other characters between the numbers.

I know my support has expired, but … for 5 stars: In order for the “Book a room” form to work, do I need to activate a plugin (from hotel 2)? If yes, which plugin? I saw the message appears and on your site “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

Partially I solved it. Surnames, Arrival, Departure, Room type, Adults, Children and Rooms are not sent on e-mail. How can I solve the problem? The settings are those that came during the theme upload ([contact-form-7 id=”80” title=”Contact Form”]).

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. The admin.php?page=be-plugins page is not aviable. The error message is: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

Hello! The website was hosted on a sub-domain and switched to a domain by changing the URL. I have switched back and deregistered with the previous sub-domain but still getting the same error on the new domain.

our website is built using BeTheme and was developed by an agency on the side. I was given an access to the WordPress admin panel to maintain website from now on. However, once I tried to update the theme I ran into the following problem (therefor, couldn’t update Slider Revolution plugin too):

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

But, if you ask for the server limits, there is no such list because it all depends on the hosting and in many cases, different limits may be fine.

Hello, we have installed the latest version of the theme and the latest version of Woocommerce. Using the ‘product archive template’ in the Woocommerce product area and applied to the one we defined as the main page of the store, we realized that the width of the fullscreen cage set by the theme is not maintained. The page becomes fullscreen without considering the Grid width and responsive options. How can the problem be solved? Thanks.

Menu breakpoint can be set in Theme Options > Responsive > Header > Menu breakpoint.
You can set specific sections visibility in section options in Muffin Builder.
