Also, we were explaining that the message is about a warning and not an error, therefore it can be safely hidden via settings.

About the slider version, a couple of weeks ago we worked to upgrade it to 6, but after we noticed that the new version still had some quite big issues. In particular, while the version 5 was working seamlessly with ajax page loading, the version 6 was badly crushing.

The documentation for developers was quite outdated and no support was provided to improce its settings.

So, after informing the ThemePunch crew, we temporary rolled back to the version 5, to wait a little bit for a more mature version. This is why I’d suggest to check the functionality with ajax page loading.

The plugins version we provide are well tested or can contain adaptations for the theme, while stock versions may have conflicts that have to be solved before the distribution.

Hello, we have 10 instances of this theme running on a 100$ server with about 10 thousands visits a day, with no problems. If you are having issues with server CPU consumption, it means that you may need to use some caching as w3Total cache, and some free CDN as Cloudflare may help you A LOT. Also, the best providers uses distributed load and have server side caching as varnish. So, if you have so much traffic to overload your server (which is very good and congrats for that) all of these technologies will help. This is not a theme issue, is just an optimization and server settings subject. Anyway, your provider should help with this.

About AMP, it only allows texts and pictures, you can use AMP plugins, but you’ll have no player, no multimedia, no videos. This is an alternative content version that is totally optional and not part of our theme features.

You can add it yourself but yo ucan’t expect to have the same experience of the real theme (no music).

As last thing, optimization subjects are not part of the support, but I hope our suggestions may be useful, and if you have a valid support period we can help even more with detailed optimization intructions and site check.

There is a plugin called WP Reset. Attention: it wipes your site completely. Meaning you’ll loose any pre-loaded content of any sort. Any picture, media and page will be deleted and you’ll start from scratch.

Anyway, the error on the missing media is not compromising as it only means (if the file wasn’t already there) that some mp3 somewhere was missing (maybe was too heavy to transport for your server for instance) but the pages are not affected, as you’re supposed to load your own music in the site, right?

Hello, yes you can do it. The theme can seamlessly integrate with WooCommerce, so you create a virtual product with the PDF, copy the numeric if and paste it as purchase link of the track.

Once clicked the PDF will go in the basket for purchasing. You can check the demo 9 for an example, we link to a mp3 product but it can be literally anything.

It is very likely the caching time of the cdn. How to solve is actually an answer that your cdn can answer. We use cloudflare with a 30 minutes expiration time.

Glad it worked Yes caching and compression is a tricky subject, and every plugin is different. The most effective and easiest to use combo is also Imsanity + w3 total cache (witn NO js/css compression) and Cloudflare with a hald hour cache. But yes, there are endless possibilities, each oe deserves attention to understand how it works.

Hi, you can already use it. You just have to get the link of a download from download monitor and use it on a download URL from the track/album.

I’m sorry but there is no such function for now, you have 2 options:

1) To make a gallery, you can add to a page the element from Page Builder called “Gallery Multimedia” from the Kentha Theme shortcodes. It allows to create a gallery with an unlimited amount of items (within a reasonable number so maybe not 2000) and add a picture and a video for each item, which will open in lightbox.

2) Use the Post post type, and add videos to the post content, then of course you can also make a special category called “videos” that is available for the main menu or any custom link.

This theme instead(Kentha), if you use also the Kentha Radio plugin (sold separately) can display feeds. The plugin Kentha radio also adds schedule functions and all of the functionalities of OnAir2. So is like having Vice + OnAir on the same theme, with more flexibility.

Hi. The theme checks within the releases the ones where there are tracks where, for any of the track in the playlist of the release, within the comma separated artists, there is the name of the artist. It’s a techtual check so the names must be spelled exactly in the same way.
