I am having problem with uploading fonts. I can upload woff file but it doesn’t allow me to upload woff2. I have checked it if Wordpress is the cause and found it’s not the case. I can upload both fonts in older version of theme (v6.0.4) without any problem with same wordpress version (5.2.3). Any solutions? https://prnt.sc/p6v6je

Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to any default WordPress theme and upload your custom fonts, then switch to Impreza and apply these fonts at Theme Options > Typography.

Why is it so? I can upload in older version of theme 6.0.4 without any problem. So why not with latest version?

It means that this issue isn’t related to Impreza. Append the next code to wp-config.php file:
define( 'ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS', true );
And try uploading again, if it works, remove the code after uploading.

Hi, is it possible to make a portfolio page with Impreza and implement two diffrent kind of sortings / filter (using category and tags) like they did here: http://rnbtheme.com/home/portfolio-masonry-2-col-with-title/
I would like to be able to filter by category and by year. I would use the tags for the years. Or is there a better method to solve this?

Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box. You can hire a separate developer to implement such filters.

Loving this theme. What would make it even better is an option for new rows that I create to show on a choice of mobile, tablet and or desktop.Would you consider having an easy option to allow for this? Secondly – maybe a few more features in the woo-commerce section to easily style it up a little more away from the generic woo commerce look. Anyway. Losing track of the licenses I have for this theme. Its very good.

Hi there. I thought that installing this would be a breeze cos of the demo sites. I wanted to install the simple shop but this is what I ended up with. https://prntscr.com/p65vwx I’m stranded and don’t know what to do. This is my first site ever.
I can’t see any paste from demo button in bakery builder. Should i turn it on somewhere in settings? I have enabled copying of sections on demo sites. I can copy, but there is no button for paste it.

I have a new client who’s website uses this theme. His previous developer cannot be contacted and I believe they purchased the theme under their account.
I am in the process of updating the website. It has v5.2.1 currently. If I update via the WP dashboard to 6.4 the layout of the home page is completely messed up and I need to restore both v5.2.1 and the database to get it back.
Is the license key somewhere in the dashboard or database? Is it possible to get access so we can download older versions and progressively update to see which version is breaking things. Or can you tell us why it may be happening?

Did you install the required UpSolution Core plugin? Yes, your license can be found in WordPress database but it won’t help because it’s stored encoded.
Try the next approach: Deactivate all plugins, update Impreza, install UpSolution Core plugin, update content, then update all plugins and activate them back.

Being new to the theme I wasn’t aware the core plugin was needed. I added the plugin and updated the content and the website is displaying correctly. I needed to tweak some of the revolution slider setting to get it to display like it was previously.
I also needed to re-save the permalinks as the inside pages were displaying the index.php code not the page content.

Hi Ivan! After update theme to latest Impreza version 6.4 with Revolution Slider 6.1.1 the slider on main side stops working with console error: TypeError: i[ r ].canvas[ 0 ] is undefined in rs6.min.js.
I have created a new slide from scratch and the problem persists. Any idea?

It was a problem using WP function force_balance_tags( $content ); in a add_filter. After removing this function, all works fine again.
What PHP version would be the best to use? Can we use PHP7? 7.1? 7.2? 7.3?

We checked sharing on out sites and it works right. If post has no featured image, then the first image is being taken, otherwise, the featured image will be shared. Site Icon supposed to be shown in browser tab in front of the page title.

Hi, I wanted to ask a question as a buyer but unfortunately my support for Impreza has expired. Last time I bought 3 or 4 licenses of Impreza and did not know that support of 6 months starts right just after buying. I thought it starts after activation – would make more sense to me.
Ok, now I have 27 licenses but no support.
I would like to know, if it is possible to expand the portfolio GRID element. One customer would like to see more details an the GRID overview than date, title, categories …... I try to get this with the Tags: I need a comma separeted list one below the other of the portfolio tags so that they appear like this:
Name: xy Company: xy
Right now it is like this in one row: Name: xy, Company: xy
Do you have any idea for this?

This table stores not only posts but also pages, attachments, portfolio pages, etc. Impreza stores its config in options table as any other WordPress theme or plugin does, it’s the way WordPress works.
