HI, I have previously purchased the theme and want to download the whole quick start package again as I am rebuilding the whole website. It looks like to me the full download option only has the WP uDesign template and not everything else, am I doing something wrong. Thanks … great theme by the way.

you should be able to download the entire package not just the theme from your ThemeForest account “Downloads” section. Check again.

Ah hold on, I have now installed the theme and can see you complete the setup first then the plugin installations are available. I hadn’t gotten that far, its slightly different process from another them I have used though hence my confusion. I think its all good so thanks again for your prompt reply. Regards, Z

For some reason my main logo doesn’t show up on a mobile device but it does on the desktop. I’ve tried everything but can’t figure it out. www.ourjourneytofire.com
You set the responsive logo from the theme’s “Responsive Layout” section. There is actually a logo there right now, I can see it when I change the background color of the top area from white to something darker. The logo is the HealthCoach one which is white. You can’t see it because it’s white against white background. Anyhow, you can change it from the Responsive Layout section.

With Gutenberg gaining momentum third party page builders could be a thing of the past soon, after all GB was introduced to start filling that void overtime which has been exploded by so many plugins, I think it was obvious from the start that WP was lacking in that department! Having said that it’s a wait and see game at this point but I’m pretty sure that’s where things are heading. Question of time!
I’ve had some of my clients use Elementor with the theme in the past but since I don’t officially support it I don’t know to what extend they are compatible, it could very well be that Elementor doesn’t really care about the theme as much as it does its own styling.. I’d say if you have the plugin already give it a try and see if you could use it with the theme.

Hi there – I’m working on an inherited website, and purchased a license for uDesign so I could updates. Currently getting this message: “The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: WPBakery Page Builder.” However, I can’t update it, because it says “license is activated on another domain”. Does WPBakery Page Builder come with the theme? I’m not sure how to proceed so everything is up-to-date. Thank you!

WPBakery is updated through the theme, meaning make sure you are running the theme’s latest release 3.3.2 at this time, then you should be able to update all related to the theme plugins from the “U-Design -> Related Plugins” page.

Thank you – I tried that, and am getting the error that the license is active on an old domain (http://fivewomenfourseasons.com) rather than the current domain (https://earthseasoned.com). The client changed the name of the project/domain some time ago, and WPBakery is stuck at version 5.6.

depends which of the demos you had in mind. The theme doesn’t need these page builder to functions, absolutely not. Some of the demos were built entirely with the theme’s core features. Just updated to the latest version of the theme, it appears that the Shortcode’s are not working any more. I see the short themselves visible on the site .
Shortcode, widget and some other functionality have been moved from the theme to the “U-Design Core” plugin, so make sure to install it from the theme’s “Related Plugins page.

Yes, since version 3.3.0 of the theme you need to have the “U-Design Core” plugin installed and activated. Glad you’ve figured this out on your own. Regarding your second question, are you talking about the little gap? You can close that one with a negative margin in a blank div. Post your question in the support forum and I’ll show you how.

Once the theme is purchased, future updates are free with that account, so unfortunately the way ThemeForest.net is setup only the owner of that account can have access to the theme that was originally purchased. Since you’re not in touch with the person that purchased the theme originally, it’s impossible to get updates for that license. In general, it’s best for the person who owns the website to have purchased their own license of the theme, that way they will be independent of anyone maintaining their website for future updates or access to support since a valid license is required to register in the support forum.

Just to let you know, I updated to 3.3.0 today and on my blog index page under the images [read_more text=”Read More”] and [divider] tags are showing in html. no bug, you need to install and activate the “U-Design Core” plugin post 3.3.0 release, some functionality including the shortcodes are now moved to that plugin so you need it. You can remove those from the “Menus Options” section of the theme’s Settings page and more specifically the “Secondary Menu” subsection under the “Menus Options” section.

Hello, I’ve a question about the secondary menu. I already read some questions on the forum and here about the subject but I didt’nt found the answer. I Udesign setting, I found the Menu Option and the place where to change the secondary menu but it’s impossible to drop items in the menu simulator or below, the area to ermove the menu. So, I can’t change the phone number or the socials networks. What can I do ? Thank you !
