hi sir i am facing issues regarding wishlist. plz resolve these 1. When i add any product in wishlist and click on wishlist icon in header, then 404 noting found in seen. i think url is not ok on the icon. how to correct it.
2. When i click on wishlist on top header, i got that product. but if again i add one more product to the wishlist, and i click on the wishlist link of top header i find only previously added product. how to remove chaching on whislist.
The domain name on which we have installed this theme got expired and we do not have plan of renew the domain again. We would like our license to be refresh – as we didn’t deactivate it before the domain expiry.

Hi,
First of all, you are using old version of the Theme 4.11.7, So, first of all, update the WP and then Theme to the very latest version and after that update, all the Theme required/recommended plugins as well.

After updating the Theme please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again Activate the Theme with same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update all the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
After that, you have to update the WooCommerce database as well.
Now, There are Three Stages of Menu Items. Main Menu Item >> Sub Menu Item >> Sub Sub Menu Item as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/7p5roan
And it expends the Menu Items in the mobile version in the same hierarchy as it is set under Appearance >> Menu.
And the Option which you showed in your screenshot: Don’t show a link on mobile panel, If you checked this option “YES” then it will remove the complete Sub Menu Column, from Mobile version.

It means your Chat plugin is not compatible with Porto WordPress Theme. So I suggest you do not use the plugin with the Theme or try with any other chat plugin, otherwise, if you only want to use the particular plugin then please contact plugin Author and ask plugin Author to Customize the plugin and make it compatible with the Theme for you.

2. Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.
Related products (automatic) also show on the product page.
And you can only turn ON/OFF the Related products from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product.

I have 2 Sets of variations SIZE/COLOUR (SMALL-BLUE & RED, LARGE-GREEN). I have 3 variations Total. However, If someone select Large, it still shows blue and red. I only want it to show green.
To clarify, in the view that shows the boxes instead of dropdown for variations, it shows all possible variations even the options that don’t exist . IE Large Red/Blue don’t exist but stay appearing as options when large is selected. You can click it but no price. They should not be there until someone switch large to small

The Variable product shows all the possible variations, but if any variation does not exists then it will disable it and not allow to select that variation, Like:
There are 2 Colors and 2 Sizes.
Colors: Black, White
Sizes: Large, Small
and you have created three variations, Like:
Black and Large
White and Large
Black and Small
Now, you can see the one variation, White and Small has not been created, right, So on your product page, It will show White and Small variations for selection but will not allow you to select it or simply disable the one variable if you select other, Like if you select White, It disables Small and if you select Small, it disables White, but it will not completely remove it, because of White and Small variables still there for other variations as well.
This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce and it is working fine at my end with the latest version of the Theme and WooCommerce.
Hope this makes sense and if still, you think it is not working properly on your site, then we have to debug your site and for that, you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so we will check it for you but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 11/12/2018. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
