Can you guys please please fix the persistent issues with the header/menu. I have raised this issue a couple of times, more than a year ago and still the theme demonstrate issues. I hope that within one of the million updates you’d have fixed it by now. Every time I update the theme, the header/menu/ layout/colurs breaks .
Also, the theme still has weird browser caching issues when changes to menu/header never take effect even after hard browser refreshes. Now I have menu items that are all bunched up with no padding in Chrome, and all spaced apart with huge padding in Edge and Firefox, no setting change does any thing, all plugins disabled, no caching etc server and settings above min requirements etc. I just waste so many hours every time fixing issues after an update. Both websites with your theme have two completely different header layouts despite all settings being exactly the same.
Sure my support has expired for both purchase but this problem has been persistent for more than one year. I use plenty of themes and never have these issues. Your theme really is great, you’ve done a great job but dam the header/menus are just a huge pain constantly. Thanks

Sorry to say that but this is not true, This is not the Theme issue but the issue only on your site and this is the cache issue nothing else, There is no such thing like cache Theme has, You have to clear your server cache and then clear your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins from your site and remove the cache folder under wp-content and also remove the porto-styles folder under wp-content/uploads and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
And browser cache is purely related with browser, it has no relation with the Theme, So you have to remove and block browser cache and cookies as well.
porto-styles folder under wp-content/uploads generates itself once you save changes from Theme Options and override all the changes in it, but on some sites, it does not override itself because of some sort of server caching like CDN etc ot because of the permission issue in that case you have to delete the porto-styles folder under wp-content/uploads and then save changes from Appearance >> Theme Options, It will generate a new folder with new changes and will work on-site.

You have to adjust the width of the Slider set on your Home Page using Custom CSS, If you edit your Home Page and scroll below at very bottom you will find Custom CSS and you have to change the size using Custom CSS and the elements used for creating that Slider.

There is no issue in the Theme, We have tested the latest Theme many times and I have already using the latest version of the Theme on my test site and it is working fine, The issue is only on your site, and I can see that you site CSS is minified and the cache is there too on your site.
So, Please check once after deactivating all the third party plugins including cache plugins as well and also remove the cache from your site and server and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

You have to use Porto Blocks Widgets in Footer Widgets and set Multiple Columns in the Block using ROW/COLUMN WP BAKERY element as per your requirements, Like go to Blocks and create a new block and named it anything as per your requirements, now use ROW element in the block and split row into 2, 4, 6 columns as per your requirements as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/zvxz1sj

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, These buttons take the hover color from the Primary Color you have set from Theme Options, This is the default functionality of the Theme, You have to change the styling for these button using Custom CSS as per your requirements.

Sir, I want to share with you a very important issues which is, when i change the anything on them element it’s not working such as color, footer style etc. But when i install “Fast velocity Minify” and “Super Cache” then everything is working but when i disable this plugin then again not working any them option changes.Always try to delete cache then all are working without not! Now how can i resolve this?

This is just the cache issue nothing else, please try to flush the cache first using these plugins and then deactivate these plugins and then go to wp-content and if you will find the cache folder there then delete it and then go to wp-content/uploads folder and finds and delete the porto-styles folder from there and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and change anything from there and save changes finally check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not find the issue.
And also I can see that you are using Cloud Flare (CDN) cache on your server as well, so please once flush its cache and deactivate it as well until you are in the development process: https://screenshot.net/rvj4pa8

I am using the Product Category widget in the Woo Category Sidebar. I want to hide some of the Categories, but when I try to use the visibility feature to Hide if Category is… But here I am displayed a list of “Post” Categories instead of “Product” Categories.
I checked this because I put all my posts to draft (I don’t want them to be published, they’re default ones that came with the theme) and now I don’t get a drop down menu, it only says “All Category Pages”.
Is there a way to fix this? I would appreciate your help

Sorry to say that but you can not hide specific categories from Product Category Widget, It requires Customization and if you check “Hide empty categories”, then it will hide all the categories which do not have a single product.
Also, you are using a very very old version of the Theme 4.11.3, So, first of all, update the WP and then Theme to the very latest version and after that update, all the Theme required/recommended plugins as well.
