The website completed 1 week ago for one of my clients, since yesterday (the customer noticed), it no longer has the same fonts (google) and colors, moreover the layout is boxed even though it should be full screen. No one has changed the settings with which I made the site, suddenly important parameters have been dropped and now the customer finds a very bad site. I don’t know how to intervene. Why did it happen? And if it happens now … in the future? Can you verify the site made with your template if I give you the administrative credentials by email?
It is your responsibility if the site is no longer seen correctly. The forum must not be answered with discussions, but you; I bought a license. Entering as an administrator the template does not take any changes even if you want to change the graphic. But above all the concern is: if in the future it suddenly happens again? This template is not safe at all!

Hello, I am struggling to update Enfold. I haven’t updated it since 4.2 and it is showing” “Download failed: cURL error 7:couldn’t connect to host”. Is this something that I would need to renew my support subscription for please? Do they assist with this?

No, lifetime updates are included in your purchase. Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5 so any version older than 4.5 needs to be updated via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp.
You will now need to insert Personal Token into Enfold theme options to receive updates and update the theme from dashboard. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token

We have not tested Enfold with Elementor pro, therefore we cannot guarantee. However, Enfold uses its own drag and drop page builder with preview option called Advanced Layout Builder so you can easily create pages out of the box.

Hi, I have 2 copies of your theme but never used them. I am just using them now and ran into a problem. Since support expired long ago, I am hoping you can help. I have the portfolio grid set to be used on the home page to display some photos from the portfolio. The linking options are limited to 3 options: Open the entry on a new page, open a preview of the entry, or display a big image in lightbox. I have no idea why you didn’t include the option to do nothing as a 4th option. The first 2 options are not for my application and I had to disable the lightbox in enfold settings because I am also using essential grid and they conflict each other. So I would be thrilled if nothing happened when these images in this grid are clicked – no linking. I am sure you can provide css to do this, but I have other portfolio grids on other pages I don’t want affected and need to limit this to only this specific grid, which honestly should be an option from within the settings for this grid. Can you please provide a suggestion? Thanks, Katia.
I decided to use the essential grid for the home screen portfolio images instead because it does exactly what I need without any modifications. But I highly suggest this be added as a design suggestion update in the future because it just makes sense to have the option not to activate any linking as an option.

Hi! so many questions. is the travel theme compatible for polylang, WP travel engine, booking systems and payment systems? how can I try it? is there any free trial to see if it is suitable for us? Enfold is compatible with Polylang, however we have not tested it with WP travel engine therefore we cannot guarantee. Could you please contact plugin authors and ask if they had any experience with Enfold to be on the safe side?
Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce Bookings – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/ and WooCommerce Booking and Appointments – https://www.pluginhive.com/product/woocommerce-booking-and-appointments/ plugins.
You can use WooCommerce or WP Easy Cart plugins which provide various payment options.
Unfortunately, we do not have a demo where you can login and try the theme. A fellow Enfold user has created this video. You can check it out to see how theme works.
We are happy to help with small customizations but since Enfold is very flexible, you may be able to apply them without needing customizations

It’s impossible to hide little flags in the top menu. There isn’t settings in this plugin about this.
I need only a menu without flags in the main menu.

Hi, it seems like your Instagram feed widget always stop to working , no matter if it is the latest version of your theme installed. I use another themes for some of my clients and there are no problems width the instagram feeds widget in their theme ever, It just works, but enfolds does not. I think it’s time to just remove that widget if yor are not able to get it work better, while others can, Can you please check what is is wrong with your instagram widget?

We have an open issue regarding Instagram widget. From this post, it seems like Instagram is blacklisting IP addresses once they hit an unknown requests limit. Our devs are looking into this and permanent fix will be included once we find a proper solution.

Is it possible to move some of the admin template files to the child theme folder? I edited the Portfolio naming conventions for the client at ”/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/admin/register-portfolio.php” however these will get reset whenever I update the Enfold theme.
