Widget button link not working. I add an address to the widget button link in the link field but instead of the link displaying and taking the user to the link, on the live page, the link will instead be the full page address plus the link. As an example, say my website is www.msn.com/funny and the widget button link is www.abc.com. The link on the live site is www.msn.com/funny/www.abc.com. Can you please post the fix here in the comment, I really need this fixed. thank you so much.

In the Jupiter Release Notes the current version is v6.4.1, but when I download jupiter from themeforest the version is v6.4.0.

Hi. Not sure if this is an Artbees issue, an Elementor issue, or a WPML issue, but throwing it out there in case someone else has encountered it. I’m using latest versions of Jupiter X and Elementor and WPML which is about 6 months old. However, when trying to translate an existing English page into French using the ”+” option, and then copying the content from EN onto the FR page, only the Wordpress content is copied over—none of the Elementor formatting is preserved. So basically, a page could just look like a single column of text and images, instead of formatted nicely into columns, sliders, etc.
Any suggestions?

You need enable Classic Editor in the WPML settings and when you translate the page, you need click on + button https://take.ms/pVoW9 , then WPML Classic editor will open, you need click the button to copy the content from the default language https://take.ms/j4jeB (or translate it to the needed language).
Don’t forget to mark all fields that the translation is completed https://take.ms/xFSEX and save the page .

Awesome, thank you. This worked! I’m just not sure why this process became a little more time consuming. I’m guessing it’s an Elementor issue. With Jupiter 6.4 and Visual Composer, I could batch duplicate all pages into the other language and then edit away. Now, it looks like it’s a page-by-page duplication process. Oh well—doesn’t seem to be your issue Artbees, but thanks very much for providing the procedure to do this!

Design and style changes made in Elementor over the last 24 hours are not sticking on live pages and are occasionally breaking (then fixing themselves) on existing pages. https://bit.ly/2lWHihp Downgrading Elementor to 2.6.8 doesn’t help. Is there a fix or is this currently being looked into?

Please downgrade Elementor to 2.6.8 version. You can do this via Elementor > Tools > Version Control. This issue was reported to the developers and will be fixed soon. Thank you for understanding.

Hello, a note to users: AVOID the update to the X version! I will break your whole website. The inclusion of Elementor in leu of Page Builder will break everything. You will need to start from ZERO. Bad move from Artbees. It is appalling that something that was working fine had to be updated to something that does not work!

Recently we released Donut plugin which is a migration tool from Jupiter to Jupiter X. At first you must update the Jupiter 6 theme to 6.4.1 version and install this plugin, then you can install Jupiter X and activate Donut and WPBakery plugins there too. Your WPBakery content will be moved to Jupiter X and you won’t have to recreate all pages with Elementor. Please read more here https://themes.artbees.net/docs/upgrading-jupiter-theme-to-version-x/ . Anyway you can still keep using Jupiter 6 theme if you don’t want to upgrade to Jupiter X. the 6th version will be supported for life-time and the the updates will be provided. Thank you.
Does your theme support menu plugins? The mega menu included works fine in desktop but the top level “label” items in Mobile view trigger a page refresh because the labels have a ”#” HREF….this collapses the menu and refreshes the current page.
The label does not allow the user to drill down into the menu.

Are you using Elementor Pro post template? Apparently, in the recent version of Jupiter X and Jupiter X Core plugins, the new feature Single Page templates, is overriding the Elementor Pro display conditions and cause such issue. We have raised a bug report and put the highest priority on it. Hopefully, this will be resolved very soon. May I ask to downgrade the theme and plugins to the previous version or if you have a backup restore it so it works for now and you update everything in the next release? Sorry for the inconvenience that this bug caused.

There is no option to change the Checkout layout. You may try using some plugins for this, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multistep-checkout/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-field-editor-pro/
