Hello. 1. I am trying to erase some of the links in the mobile menu and I cant find the option to disable them. 2. I don’t want to show the map in the Contact Layout 4 is there a way to disable the map option and erase the Show Map link. Thank you!

to hide the links in the mobile menu – you can do that from Theme Options > Social Links and Theme Options > (footer section).
There is a contact layout without a map, but to edit the contact layout 4 to not have map you need to modify the CSS and theme code.

Portfolio items are shown as you add then from newest to oldest, you can drag and drop them (depricated) or change the dates.

Option like that does not exist, it’s a simple element you place some elements you connect the filters with IDs and it filters all the elements that you’ve added.

With lowercase filter name it works.

Check if there is an option to do that from the element options. If not try by adding # for the link. Portfolio elements are build to actually like to a portfolio page.
Yes the filters only work in lowercase and for a full word with no spaces. “-“ might work also.

first make sure you have every required plugin installed, and you have read the installation guide in the Help file.
This can be sign of a plugin conflict, make sure you have only the WP Bakery page builder plugin installed that comes bundled from the theme and not other WP Bakery related plugins.
You can try disabling the plugins one by one till the error is gone to see what causes the problem.

Hello, We have a problem on the header and the menu which is not appearing at all, it’s not like on the main demo page. Hi there,
first make sure you have all the required plugins installed. Then create a navigation menu and chose location for the menu.
After that, from Theme Options chose Header and set your menu settings that you want.
P.S. be sure to check the help file there is a detailed instruction about the navigation.

Hi,
I’ve just purchased and installed your theme on Sept 04. My questions are about the plugins Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder.
- The Slider indicates ‘Erro no Revolution Slider: Slider with alias agency-2 not found.’ There’s an ‘Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates)’ advert below the plugin, but when you click on it, I’m sent to their site to buy the product.
- WPBakery Page Builder installed is 6,0,2. WP indicates the update to a new version 6.0.5. On their site, it indicates that if I got the plugin within a theme, I should contact my support.
Please help me fix these two issues. Thank you!

Hi there, first thank you for the purchase and the good words.
You need to import the slider agency-2 that is located in the downloaded folder – assets folder.
Both premium plugins that you’ve mentioned you are getting them bundled for free in a shared license with the theme, when a theme update is released (soon) the plugins are updated also.
You are free to purchase them again separately and get personal license that can allow you to update the plugins manually.
Plugins work perfectly you just need to install them and follow the help file guides.

Also, I want to make the slider image take over the entire page, with the transparent menu over it, just as you demo…but I just don’t know how. Can you guide me?
First make sure to set page template to Visual Composer.
After that, the best way to work with the theme is to start with a demo that already have those features and modify it to your needs.

Hello, unfortunately the “Progress Circle” doesn´t work. I can´t see the progress line. I tried several different settings, colors, progress line thickness and icons. I can change the icon color and the text color, also the background color of the column, but can´t see the line. Thanks for your help.

Yes on every demo there is also a gap, you can scroll to the right, then the page reloads and the gap is hidden. Happens in Safari on iPhone SE and iPhone 8 Plus.
Hi, I can not see any gaps using the Chrome Inspector and using those presets for mobile devices.
Also, what do you mean “page reloads and the gap is hidden” if you are talking about the moments before the page loads, there is nothing that can be done there, the page must load fully.

First, be sure to read the help file that comes with the theme. Next, you need to first unzip the download file and upload definity.zip file (that is the theme). After that, if you still have any errors, the issue might be related to the hosting and a problem with the folder permissions.

The responsiveness of the homepage is not longer working. Also your contact form is not working. The “show map” feature is not working either. I have purchased “Definity – Creative Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme” for 59$ and now seems to have more features and is only $29 dollars? There are some elements on there which would be nice to have on my site but doesnt seem to show in the backend. Please can you advise urgently. Thanks

if the problem/s is of the type: “worked before, now it doesn’t” then this is not a theme related problem – it is probably some plugin conflict or a problem related to any recent changes that you’ve made or it can be hosting problem.
The theme doesn’t have any known unfixed bugs currently.
The Definity comes into two versions, an HTML template, and a WordPress theme. They are similar but they don’t share all the features. Both of these items are completely separate items that work on its own and don’t work together.

Dear support team, I have no clue why, but both portfolio (normal and mason) don’t work. The old portfolio (where adding the items one by one) does still work.

make sure you have the latest version of the theme first, then make sure all the required plugins are installed and active, especially Definity Elements, Definity Portfolio, and WP Bakery Page Builder.
If your website worked before and now it does not and shows these errors, it might be a conflict with some plugins that you’ve installed recently.

Hi, I am using the main demo template and I removed the mouse layer from the slider revolution, and trying to make the “learn more” button to scroll to the section below like the demo. but mine is in active and when i add an action to the button to scroll below slide, it jumps instead of slowly scrolling. please help. check here:

I don’t think Slider Revolution has that option to scroll to a specific slide. But, it can scroll just bellow the slider.
In order a link to scroll to a section that section should have an ID and the link should be something like this: href=”#section_name”.
