If you change or Overrides the Demo it will override the Pages, Products, Images. And you can easily Override the Demo on the site by just check yes to Override as showing in the below-given screenshot:

Can you please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins as well and check your site after deactivating all the third-party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then you have to update all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Ok thanks so I’ve been working on my site and I think its mail poet news letter that’s crashing my site. I manually uploaded 5 plugins so far and its working. But when I also try to manual upload mail poet news letter it still crashes but the others so far don’t. I will try the auto upload with wp baker and rev slider since they are premium plugins, they worked before. I got the plugins I uploaded from wp.org. Is that OK what Im doing? Oh my site meets the requirements 256 memory and 600 php execution time. Also Mail poet has a newer version, version 3, will that work instead? Thanks

Just noticed something. I had a background image for my sticky header on the homepage & it was working great, but when I changed my banner position to “default”, it stopped working. The only time the sticky header background image works on my homepage is when the banner position is set to “Behind Header”.
All the sticky header settings on the homepage are set to the way I want. Background image is set & the transparent option is not check marked, but it still doesn’t show my sticky header background image as long as the banner position is set to default. When I toggle between “Behind Header” & “Default” with the exact same settings, it only works with Behind Header which is not what I want.
Any way to fix the issue? Thanks

Yes i know i can use the widgets, but when i add 2 widget sections to the top header then the widgets appear above eachother and not next to eachother

i just tried to deactivate the licence which is valid and try to be the exact same licence in and now saying blocking ip. Why can’t you check and fix all of my licences from the evanto console and my user id. Instead of me having to go through every licence and website. This is a bit of a joke frankly!

Can you guys please please fix the persistent issues with the header/menu. I have raised this issue a couple of times, more than a year ago and still the theme demonstrate issues. I hope that within one of the million updates you’d have fixed it by now. Every time I update the theme, the header/menu/ layout/colurs breaks .
Also, the theme still has weird browser caching issues when changes to menu/header never take effect even after hard browser refreshes. Now I have menu items that are all bunched up with no padding in Chrome, and all spaced apart with huge padding in Edge and Firefox, no setting change does any thing, all plugins disabled, no caching etc server and settings above min requirements etc. I just waste so many hours every time fixing issues after an update. Both websites with your theme have two completely different header layouts despite all settings being exactly the same.
Sure my support has expired for both purchase but this problem has been persistent for more than one year. I use plenty of themes and never have these issues. Your theme really is great, you’ve done a great job but dam the header/menus are just a huge pain constantly. Thanks

Sorry to say that but this is not true, This is not the Theme issue but the issue only on your site and this is the cache issue nothing else, There is no such thing like cache Theme has, You have to clear your server cache and then clear your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins from your site and remove the cache folder under wp-content and also remove the porto-styles folder under wp-content/uploads and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
And browser cache is purely related with browser, it has no relation with the Theme, So you have to remove and block browser cache and cookies as well.
porto-styles folder under wp-content/uploads generates itself once you save changes from Theme Options and override all the changes in it, but on some sites, it does not override itself because of some sort of server caching like CDN etc ot because of the permission issue in that case you have to delete the porto-styles folder under wp-content/uploads and then save changes from Appearance >> Theme Options, It will generate a new folder with new changes and will work on-site.
Hope this makes sense now.
