​Hello,

I have purchased twice but support expired. I found a bug for Team Member elements. I’m trying to get the links for Team member elements to open in a new window, but ticking the box is not working. There’s a space between the link url and _blank.

Please help :-)

regarding the Automotive template i would like to ask if brands logos, names and are ready to be modified , is it possible to use the template for construction machinery purpose not cars ?

Of course it can, we have built it for a car dealership industry to show the features of the plugin but it can be used for anything and everything can be modified.

I was actually really pleased with this theme – until now! I am no longer able to log into my admin and there is a bugs showing up on my website:

Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”?

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by ….

I’ve been working with differen theme creators for years and this has never happened before! I am very frustrated as I am not even able to change my theme / log into my admin due to this problem!

Dear user, this is not a theme problem and I can see that you are using a very old version of Kalium.

Please make sure that you have done those steps:

1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.

2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.

3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .

4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.

I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.

Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

Hi,

I’m trying to update my Kalium theme but I had no success doing this using the auto update button and manually.

I think there is something wrong with the zip file cause I get anti-virus warning when try to download it. The error says: file contains a virus or blocked file.

This is the error I get when using auto-update: “Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

I’m sorry to write you for here, but I’m no longer supported. I used the Kalium theme years ago when updating the new version 2.9.2, downloaded from the Envato downloads section, we have been infected with the maleware.

Is it possible that the download version is not clean?

Our theme doesn’t include any malicious code otherwise Envato/ThemeForest would delete it from their page and the update would not be approved.

Have you installed any nulled (illegal) theme or a plugin please because I saw some malicious codes overwriting our theme. Your site hacking can happen for different reasons and one of them is have installed a theme/plugin from an untrusted source (ie. nulled script).

It’s normal that nulled (themes/plugins that are downloaded illegally) contains malicious code inside them.

Hello, I had problem to import the demo content. I opened 2 tickets on the support your forum and another one 1 week ago which was not answer for the support yet. I checked all my system requirements and I did not found a solution for this error.

I purchased your great theme 3 years ago and had two support periods. Now I have a single problem/question and I hope you bear with me when I put it here:

I recently purchased WP Zooom Pro plugin and had to learn that it doesn’t work with lazyload. I researched that

add_filter( ‘kalium_image_placeholder_lazyload’, ‘__return_false’, 1000 );

added to the child-theme’s functions.php would turn off Kaliums built-in lazyload functionality.​ This worked until I updated Kalium from old 2.0x to the current version 2.92.

Would you be so kind to ​tell the filter statement that would disable lazyload functionality under the current version?

I have to be honest I love this theme, but this “renew support” is frankly pretty annoying. Given things are working, and then when support expires problems transpire. great way to keep generating money from customers. Open graph has been working on my site for months/years. Until last week, and now social shares aren’t seeing any image content. And to submit a ticket on your support system I now have to renew support – for a problem which never existed.

I can assure you that none of the theme authors doesn’t tend to do create a bug in purpose. When you purchase a theme, you will be granted an inclusive 6 months of hands-on support for that item. When this expires you can choose to extend your item support for a further 6/12 months at a fee (more info). That is how Themeforest.net works and you have the same treatment from all authors.

I also try to update the theme installed on my website and it doesnt work either. What is happening?

Anyway, try to download your item using another browser on your computer and if this problem happens again you can contact Envato support directly because Themeforest.net is controlled by Envato and we are just authors that sell items in this marketplace, so this is not controlled by authors.

I am very upset with one of my license that doesn’t update anymore. I bought 4 of them for 4 different websites and on one of them I can’t update !!!

I won’t buy some more support to fix for what I believe to be the basic use of a theme: update.

I want to implement FotoMoto onto the theme (ability to see images through the website) but they sent me the following:

I took a look at the theme demos, and at least one of them appears to use the “lightgallery”library at http://sachinchoolur.github.io/lightGallery/. This particular library is not currently compatible with Fotomoto, so your best option would be to just check with the theme developer to see if you can use “Fancybox” instead. Here are a few other options as well”
