Why? I have a license but you can simply answer this here so that everyone can benefit from it unless you don’t want that! What I mean is that when a property is listed on a search page result or a map whether it is a list view, gallery view or map view + the single property bubble o the map; I like that when the user clicks to go to the single property page to open in a new browser tab as oppose to the same browser…so that the user can simply close that newly opened page and or to simply switch tabs to see the previous page…this is the norm on all of the popular property sites like zumper and others.

Thanks for let me know. With this problem, not Opera, all browsers are the same. We fixed these issues by update ERE plugin, so you should update latest version ERE 1.9.0 to fix it. Hey there We’re having serious issues here with the system emails: 1- When users register the system send admin an automated email but when the users add new property the site admin does not receive any system emails at all, plus when on the WP admin there are no red dot notifications on the “properties” on the left side bar alerting admin that there are new pending properties. we have checked everything and there are no issues and since the new user registration email comes through…
2- When a user buys a package they receive an email that looks like below but this email is NOT listed under email management at all so we can fix it and have links to our site to it, where do we find this email? Hi there, Your new package on Commercial Cannabis Business & Properties is activated! You should go check it out.
3- Why cant the package associated with the property show on the property back end page? right now you have to go to invoices tab and look for the user and associate the package to the user and property which is a headache.
4- When is the recurring payment coming? without it this script is hard to monetize people.

Okay thanks, I have another very important question that you can answer for me right here: Say for example we have a package that has 10 listings in it and the duration is 30 days, if the user who purchased this package starts listing the 10 listings in different dates, do all those listings expire at the end of the 30 days when the package expires or do they expire after 3o days of them being posted? In short, does the clock starts for each listing in a package on the date that that specific listing starts or not? I think this is a very important technical issue that you guys need to clarify. I answer below: When you buy a package success, clock start count down, that mean: if you bought package 30 days Expired => You have 30 days for submit, after 30 days, Expired all.
