For a customer of us (yeah I know, I did not puchased it with this account but I got license key from client) and when I try to install the Porto Functionality the site crashes during install with “ajax error” and then this two error messages:

it is driving me nuts and I dont know where this is comming from and no way to install this plug-in another way. When I delete it from the FTP everything is fine again.

No unfortunately I can’t. But I was able to fix the problem myself. Only got some problem with the toggle of the mobile menu, it aint working. Any ideas?
Only on Header Type one the mobile menu aint working. Also the before class of the hambuger menu is not loaded in CSS…

And regarding your Mobile Menu issue, Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Hello, I found the issue regarding the mobile menu. There was an old copy in the Child theme of header_1.php. When I replaced this with the new one the menu worked again. Only this is not the menu it used to be.
The menu is a dropdown menu, and not a vertical side-menu that is pushing out from the side. Is it possible to get this back instead of this ugly dropdown menu when on mobile?

By default, it seems like one needs to scroll down a certain distance before the sticky header appears.
Is there any way to change that distance in the settings so the sticky header appears almost instantly?

The Functionality you want is the Vendor functionality right? and this is not the Core theme functionality but you can achieve this using Vendor Plugin Like Dokan, WC Vendors or Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugin, and for your kind information Dokan Multivendor plugin is included in the Theme Package as well .
So yes you can achieve what you needs easily..

Just did fresh install and imported shop demo 14. It doesn’t look right. Almost like css is missing. However in wordpress customize it looks fine. Have you run into this before?
One more note, it looks fine in wpbakery, just not live.

These themes are incompatible with WooCommerce, and cannot be used with WooCommerce Memberships:
Porto theme: The Porto theme is not compatible with WooCommerce. It incorrectly uses the get_{$adjacent}_post_where filter, which is a WordPress core filter. As a result, Porto breaks plugins that use this core WordPress hook such as WooCommerce and WooCommerce Memberships, and is not supported.

When you say “placeholder images also Import with the Demo Import” are we talking about blank grey icons and not images? It is important to me to have actual photographs to visualize the design and then swap them out for my own. Other themes like this have empty grey icons in place of actual images and it seems hard to work with. So that is why I want know if the demo will look EXACTLY like it does on your demo site. Is that the way it is?

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible to set the Main Menu in Footer Horizontally, You have used the WP Custom Menu Widget for showing Main Menu in Footer and there is no Option in the Element for setting it same as Main Menu.
