I am freelancer and I charge the clients- I help set up the enfold theme and so on. As I understand it, a regular license is sufficent. Should I buy the theme directly to the customer’s name?

Yes, regular license is sufficient. It would be better if your clients purchase the theme from their own ThemeForest account in case they need to access theme files after your contract is over.
If you would like to purchase it yourself, please make sure to provide your clients the purchase code (so they can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/ and start threads whenever they have a question or an issue) and a Personal Token ( so they can receive auto updates in WordPress dashboard – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token ).

The Enfold panel on my website says I’m running the most current version (4.2.2) and there are no updates available, but I see that there is a new release (4.6). I have three licenses for this product – can you tell me why I can’t get the updates?

Envato has updated their API and API keys are no longer working. We have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5 so you would need to manually update Enfold to the latest version, then insert Personal Token to receive future updates. You refer to this post for more information

Hi there, for many versions there is a bug. If you do not navigate the top, but on the left side, there are mistakes with the “Megamenu”. It only works partially. When do you change that?

MENU ICONS??
Hi, my support is expired but I hope you can direct me to a link that clearly explains how to do this. I am simply trying to add an icon (font awesome or any icons that are part of, or supported by, enfold) to each main menu item.
For example I want to add a home icon to the left of the menu text item HOME. This honestly should be stupid easy and I have googled this to no end and searched the enfold support threads for days. All I find is expired links or info that applies to older versions of enfold and is not valid anymore. The only link I found that might even be relevant is https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-. However, I don’t understand all the steps and what to actually add to the menu, or even where in the menu, so an icon shows up. With this theme being as established as it is and as powerful as it is, I can’t believe this simple task is so complicated and I must be missing a basic step or tutorial. Can you please direct me to simple instructions to do this?

There’s a big issue with your cookie consent in iPhone, iPad, Mac, basically safari.
You’re using window.external, and it doesn’t exist in Safari, which was causing gravity forms form not to display. Other browsers like Chrome support it and don’t have an issue.
We noticed a huge drop in our conversion rate, and big spike in our cost per conversion, it all boiled down to this. We’ve had to turn it off. But I’d appreciate it if you guys could fix this, it will be impacting everybody, but many wont even realise.

1- Enfold has its own drag and drop layout builder called Advanced Layout Builder and supports Gutenberg editor.
2- You can try using Contact Form 7 with this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-gated-content/

Hi Yeet, would be of real use if you can disable blocks on page and the reactivate them when needed. The saving option works but you quickly end up with many saved items. Would be far easier to be able to just uncheck a block to make it visible on a page or not

At first installation, the logo size was normal. However, as soon as I reload, the extension is changed to webp.
The problem is that the actual logo image is distorted as it is resized. Is there a way to solve it? I’m using aws lightsail platform.

1- Enfold is compatible with bbPress plugin so you can simply install it and set up a forum on your website. You can see forum example here – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/forums/
2- Header adapts to screensize, you can test it by resizing your browser window. If that is not what you meant, please elaborate

Hi I love your work, before I buy it. I have few questions please regarding image HotSpot feature:
1) am i able to add hotspot on a image as text i.e (spots got characters rather tan numbered) like A …B…. C… rather then just a image icon for the hotsport.
2) am I also able to add some typle of animation to the hotspot like …pulse effect or somekind of flashing effect on it?

hi again! I wanna know how many domains I can have if I buy this theme? is it unlimited? i have 4 websites now that I need the theme for. if unlimited, the support is applied for just 1 domain or 6 months for anything?
just note that the content is almost the same, it is just 4 different domains.

Each domain requires a separate license however if you are going to have your blog, shop pages or different languages on another domain, you can use the same license.

I have some issues with Enfold’s Portfolio editor. Since I moved the website to a new server, the advanced layout editor just shows the loading image. I think it might conflict with PHP version. Anybody knows why?
