Hi there, My logo png is perfectly scalable outside my website, but when I add it as a Logo Image – normal under Qode options it doesn’t scale for larger screen sizes, it becomes pixelated. It looks fine on mobile screens. Regards.

It’s not working fine. I installed it, set the restaurant demo and the element that creates the menu is missing. You just see the code from WP Bakery because the shortcode is missing/not functioning.

Hi, unfortunatelly the problem is not belog to the lightbox. When I click on the title of the portfolio item, a new window is open, but the only thing I see, is the possibility to post a comment. I’d like to remove this link to a new page. So, clicking on the portfolio images, I’ll see only the lightbox. Doable?

I’m confused about custom fonts. Using Qode options, I’ve uploaded TTF, OTF and Webfont version, but I see no way to select it. How do I use the font I uploaded?

Hi, I’m looking for the best travelling website option in bridge.
I have seen two options.
1.TOUR LISTINGS I like it but it seems to work as a marketplace and I don’t want differente members selling tours in my website. Also I like the woocomerce integration but I’m not sure about how it works because theres no example in the demos about how to sell/buy directly or how to add to the cart any plan from this listings.
2. QODE TOURS PLUGIN I’m investigating and it sends directly to Paypal, not to the Woocomerce payment gateway. Does it works with woocommerce?

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. 1) & 2) Please, note that we created our Qode Tours plugin and here you could check how one tour item looks like https://bridge224.qodeinteractive.com/tour-item/destination-wedding/ So, when you fill booking form in backend, you’ll see this booking form in sidebar of single tour item. For online payment we included option to enable/disable PayPal. If it is enabled, you’ll be redirected to PayPal after booking and checking availability. And if it is disabled, you’ll just get booking request on email from your customers so after you could personally arrange payment with them. It is not connected with WooCommerce. If there is any other doubt, we are here.

in RTL the site logo in left align , but For correction for RTL the logo should be in right align, any way to remove logo to right

Hello there, I encountered this issue with Bridge theme. The Gutenberg blocks are overlapping making it hard to edit the article. However, I do not understand why it’s happening when the theme is compatible with Gutenberg. I’ve used this theme for quite some time but always with classic editor. Now, when I’m trying to use it with Gutenberg this issue is happening. So far I have tried these solutions:
1. Deactivate all plugins 2. Check site health with WP-Health plugin and found nothing suspicious 3. Updated theme to the latest version 4. Activate/Deactivate classic editor 5. Re-installed WordPress core files
Nothing seems to be working but Gutenberg is working just fine when I switch theme on the same site. So the issue is clearly with the theme.
I know my support has ended but I’ve never asked a question to support so far and it seems like a bug with the theme then an issue alone.
I’m looking forward to meaningful response. Thanks

Hi,
I maintain WordPress websites and a cliënt of my use bridge as a theme. But they are still on version 10.1.1 ( with an old security issue)
They want to update the theme but they didnt get a licence from the website builder.
What do you recommend to update the theme? Do we need to buy it for 59$ or is there another oppurtinity to get theme updates?
And can we update the theme without any problems or do you recommend a staging website?

Thank you for writing in. You are able to update our theme automatically using Envato Market plugin. Or manually via FTP. In that case, you’ll need to login in ThemeForest from account from which theme is bought. So, try to contact that account owner or you could purchase your own licence for our Bridge theme and you’ll get lifetime updates.
