Hi, I have a few pre-sale questions.
CONTEXT:
I would like to use this theme for a film festival and I need to have different portfolio grids :
One page with 4 different portfolio grids included. What I mean is the festival lasts 4 days and there are multiple movies for each day, so I would like to show only the movies for day 1 in a first portfolio grid, then, on the same page, another grid with the movies for day 2, etc.
Besides, I would like another page where visitors can browse the movies per category, such as : documentary, fiction, etc.
QUESTIONS:
Is it possible to make this happen with the theme options? Can we choose what portfolio pages we want to include in a portfolio grid? Can we add multiple categories to a portfolio page? Can we select what categories to display on this kind of page, (https://cinerama.edge-themes.com/three-columns/) or does it automatically display all of the categories?

Thanks for taking an interest in our theme.
So what you are asking, if I understood you correctly is to have on one page 4 different sections with listed videos on each section.
What you can do is to have portfolio categories lets say day1, day2, etc. https://www.screencast.com/t/YJYTlNDIer9bAnd set each portfolio item to its category. Once this is made you can easily add a portfolio list shortcode to a page and select the category which will be displayed. https://www.screencast.com/t/jxvoZh83kQtQ
Also, you have in the portfolio list settings option to choose only certain Portfolio items by their ID or tag. So you will find plenty of options to achieve this on your end.

If you would like to browse different categories then I can suggest you have something like this as in our demo

Hello, my support already end, but I having a problem with timeline. I tried everything, but still, If I change original date, there is no gab between the years. Or if I write just year format not dd/mm/yyyy everything is 2019. Could you please advice me how to fix this.

I just downloaded this theme and put it on my wordpress website but there is nothing in the back end where I can customize anything. Usually there is a “theme options” feature, or something in the left side panel of WordPress that shows the theme but there isn’t. Did I download this wrong?

I’ve just bought this theme and installed it but there’s no customisation and certainly no ‘cinemara option’ in the dashboard menu on the left. Can’t even proceed to download the demo data because of lack of option. Help.

This is in regards to anyone experiencing issues with the timeline displaying 2019 repeatedly. I ran into the same issue and hoping this helps. I had ‘display years only’ selected and was only typing in the years, however, you’ll need to continue with the dd/mm/yyyy format even if you’re only displaying years. Hope this helps.

so the portfolio list page will show only videos? imaging is link to a project only with images. i am photographer and videographer so i would like to be able to show images in the thumbnails for the photo projects

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
