I have a problem installing demo content. Firstly, during installation there is no choice of demo1, demo2, demo3. And you have in the instructions. Here is a screen from my installation http://prntscr.com/prvvb2. And here is the screen from your instructions: http://prntscr.com/prvx1i.

But I install on a multisite. Maybe this is the problem? Have you tested with Mulitisite? If not, then you can try installing the theme and demo on the multisite yourself, to check how it works?
If the problem is not in the multisite, then advise me what to do.

We are considering moving from Superlist Theme to yours because it dramatically slows down the website only having 5,000 makers on a page or even cities available over a dropdown list.
Can we add a dropdown menu with autocomplete for the cities?
1. Is it possible to hide specific markers on the map but show it in the search results of a certain city to get more organic traffic from Google? (e.g. restaurant berlin)
2. Is your plugin capable to show minimum 10,000 markers on the map at once?
3. Will a user be able to insert a listing if he got specific rights (Frontend-Submission)?
4. Can we import our listings to your Theme without problems?
5. Are you using extra plugins such as “Inventor” to provide the listing functionality? (The more plugins needed the slower the website gets)
6. Is it possible to show/hide specific elements on the detail page of a listing if the user doesn’t have the necessary rights (Membership for non-listing-creators)?
7. Is it possible to just have a whole list of the listings instead of big pictures/galleries?
8. Is your Theme already translated into German language?
9. Can we show a table of inventory on the listing detail page where the “listing creator” can edit their inventory? (e.g. WPDataTable Plugin)
10. Is it possible to hide the MAP (and show a message – only for signed up users) if the user haven’t signed up yet?
11. Is it possible to have HTML incl. JS-code in a custom field on the detail page?

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have the option. it’s an advanced option you need. ( it’s not a common feature )
2. Yes, we have clients who have more than that.

4. You need to work on it. They have all different data in every theme. https://docs.wpjavo.com/theme/bulk-data-import-csv/5. Not all plugins make slower. We don’t use inventor.

Hello, I need to build directory for medical laboratories. Where visitor search for the nearest lab, choose a test to take (for example complete blood picture) and then reserve an appointment then PAY through my site. On the other hand the Lab has logins and can track the reservations/patients from his dashboard. Can your theme achieve this functionality? And if it’s not can this be achieved via custom development? Does your theme support RTL ? is there compatible mobile application for the theme ? Thanks

It can be complicated feature you are looking for. We basically don’t have appointment option. You need to find a plugin or do some customization.

It works fine. As long as you have html code for 3D view, it works fine. You can also add Google street view ( html code for iframe )

Do your block elements allow for 3rd party plugin integration? We are using tickera for event ticket purchases and would like to include that as a block on the listing pages.
Also do you support ACF or have a way to create custom fields for listings etc?

You can add widgets on single detail page template as long as ticketra supports a shortcode for it.
Unfortunately, ACF is not supported.

Hey there! Quick question…I’m looking to have the homepage where the user can search ONLY by Postal Code / City and then they get ALL results for that location. From there they can filter by category etc. Is this possible with this theme? Thanks!

It’s not a problem to fix and It doesn’t help us. We don’t get any profit from it.
Google Maps is the best map in the world. That’s why we are using it.
There are a few new maps which they don’t charge. But they will charge when they have enough clients in the future. some of them already started charging. If changing maps is a simple work, it’d already made it. But it’s not that simple. Once again, google maps is the best so far and more features than others.
As we already recommended to you, please post your questions & problems on our support site. Everybody is using support site. It’s fair for everyone.

Hello, I’m having a problem with Google Maps geolocation API. After the new pricing model for Google Maps API usage my Javo Map returns lots of calls. This means that with my over 600 poiters on map, the Google Cloud’s billing skyrocketed. This is because the plugin uses the geolocation and not the coordinates that I put during the creation for find the place. Is there a way for don’t pay this much or I must find another plugin that don’t call the geolocation API this much?

The important is the detail page of tbe college can be customizeWe don’t have any demo sites for it. It’s more directory sites. We didn’t have any issues with Google Maps. You added a wrong Google API key and it’s not working. If local host works and your server has an issue. Then you should check the server configuration.
