I checked your site and it seems like when booking form is submitted. The main AJAX URL of WordPress here https://arsenios.pt/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
It returns “403 forbidden” on your server. This is normally causes by file/folder permission on your server is incorrect.
Could you please contact your webhost and ask them to check errorlog then they should be able to fix this error for you.
This is server related issue. Thank you for your understanding.

That’s not the case. The link they provided related to undefined WordPress action which isn’t related to this case. Theme has already defined WordPress action to theme code.
There are other possible solutions which are related to server or cache issue. For example below.

I did it with contact form 7. The “Reservation” in menu how can i disable that? i have hidden with css code, but how can i disable that? I can’t find that in appearences > menu.

You have to edit multiple theme files for that including. All menu templates in /templates folder and functions.php

Could you please open theme’s file /lib/theme.filter.lib.php then remove code at line 420 we will add option to dismiss it in the next theme update. Thank you for your patience.

Our Client has been in contact and for some reason the currency identifier has defaulted to ’$’. I have checked the individual menu items and it definitely should be ‘£’.
It is also rounding to the nearest whole number. for example: the “The Veggie Smokey Joe (V)” is priced at £12.89, but displays on the frontend as $13
