From Day 1 of my purchase I am waiting on Demo files and instructions. I have not received them because your team said they were updating the product. The product has now been updated and I still do not have what I was told and promised PRIOR to my purchase. I was promised when I asked befoire buying that support would provide me the demo and installation instructions to manually install demo in my multisite environment. This has not happened.
I demand that my purchase be reset to provide me 6 months of support that I have paid for. I do not have the product as promised and for 2 months not been able to use support because I can not install the product. I want my support time credited back to me.
I am done going through your support desk as no one gets back to me. If my support time is not credited back then I will refund this product.
The product was purchased on Aug 29th. There is no way to run my business when I needed the product 2 months ago when I made my purchase.

Hi There, i have checked within support team, they responded as of demo sites are under maintenance we first have to clear demo sites to get new data, that was a unfortunate event due to some required changes, we are working hard to bring demo sites live i hope they will be able to resolve your issue till Monday.
I am sorry for delay, but we clearly mentioned that demo importer would not work for multisite and support team will install demo site manually, but some how you was not willing to provide login details, so we have to insure provided data and instructions would work for you.
Correct I do not give access to my site ever. I have been waiting on the demo data and the instructions from the very beginning. Again another excuse. you see that ten days ago I was told that the new update was coming out and I would get what I needed then. Always an excuse.

i downloaded your new update and try to install on my localhost to test your new script first out. But there are a lot problem i am facing on the installation with your script i have try few times to install and i follow all the steps on the inatallation and download also geo directory but when i active the “Listing Styles For GeoDirectory” it give me always some error out of the screen. and after the wordpress are brocken too

its been now nearly a year i purshased your product and i was never ever able to use your product with any problem and all my customers a never happy to use your product too
I lost to much time and customers because of this product
fisrst of all your product is slow as a hell and lot of bugs are on this product i was never able to have a smooth run on your product
your always just say our products are fast and good and bla bla bla and clean cache and clean this and your done create ticket and so on…
i run also some other website with other classified scripts but i never have that much problem i get with your product and also even your update are not working smoothly i try few times with hope to get a good product from your guys to install and see if your product are really working now, but : no the same problems goes on and on and on
i am really tired to spent more time on this product and i really don’t want to spend more time to just solving problems that are never been solved from you.

sorry in this case refund is not available as per envato policy, on the other hand your last ticket was addressed 2 months ago and there is no pending ticket from you. a refund can not be issue if client say its not working or he/she changed his/her mind, we must have to check whether issue is at our end or at client end, we are still open for support even after your support is expired.

Why isn’t anything working here? I bought your product, the frontend panel for the user does not display correctly. Another bug :On the site there is still a message “Ads Listing System plugin: your Google browser API key is invalid or missing” and cannot be disabled. I am tired of these problems. When you try to go to a single ad, the 404 page is displayed. Instead of creating a good working software, you still refer to customer service. Agrrr!
These are not bugs but configuration issues, if you are not gonna use google map disable it in listing levels, we already mentioned to contact support team before updating to this release, make sure you have set all slugs in ads directory to correct 404 error, edit dashboard page and select user dashboard template from page template dropdown

You guys made us to wait nearly 3 months for a single update to fix loads of problems, only to release fake update and then advise us not to install it… tell us to wait again… Why bug infested update was released no one can answer. Only God knows how long this update will take. May God have mercy on us.

v5.6?! The theme version is v5.8! Also, there’s a problem with one of Classiads Plugins (User Dashboard For GeoDirectory) on fresh WP 4.9.12 (PHP 7.0.33) which breaks the entire installation (admin, front page etc.)
