Hi. How can I track in which products does the user click the “buy” button?
I added the code as instructed, however if I open the site in another browser (incognito mode), and click on the “buy” button , I can’t see it in Analytics. I go to Real Time / Events, and there I can see that 1 user is connected to the site, however it says “no data for this view” , both clicking “Active users” and “Events (last 30 minutes)”

I bought this theme and facing couple of issue. How to raise a ticket? One of the issue that i am facing is the re-cart home page loads 350 KB of font awesome fonts and took about 2 seconds to load. I hate font awesome and want to remove that. How to remove that and what are the complication that I may face.

Once you remove them, you will lose all system items. Use proper cache instead. Font icons are loaded on all sites nowadays without problems

Fontawesome is already minified and you don’t need to optimize it. Check our sites, it has A grade even on heavy homepages. Check recash.wpsoul.com on gtmetrix or google speed

You can use external featured image plugins. Site will be slow because you can’t control and optimize external images

after upgrade to 9.x all icons (for example sticks icons, list…) show as broken img. I Follow all update steps. clear cache, etc… but weeks after upgrade this img are still broken on my site

ask author of rate my post plugin to use actual font awesome icons or ask how to deactivate their font
Hi Sizam, I use the option to don’t charge font awesome on rate my post plugin and also quit the plugin (and clear all caches), and the icons of your theme continue unavailable. For example in this page: https://estudioreview.com/mejores-programas-editar-video-profesional/ You could see a lot of errors on the theme.

ok, I had used rate my post plugin for moths and all go ok, until last major update of rehub.
I love this theme, but this rating help a lot to ranked some post on Google. why this plugin work without problem before Rehub v9?
If I have to uninstall the plugin how I could keep rating for this post with your theme in a easy way. Any shortcode for ad a post rating or some similar that will be showed in google results?
PD: I removed “rate my post” plugin and the problem remains. 
No changes on your site. Problem is not in plugin. Problem is that plugin is outdated and it’s using outdated fontawesome icons.
Currently, I don’t see that your site loads them at all, so, you have customization in theme which removed icons or you have custom plugin which removed icons from site completely. Deactivate your customization, deactivate plugins one by one, then, you can locate problem and write to us, and we can suggest something

I apologize, my previous email was mistyped. It supposed to say WCFM plugin. I would like to know which theme is compatible with WCFM? For the themes using DOKAN, can I simply switch it to use WCFM without much tweaking?
