Yes, The main issue is you are using the old Theme builder with Porto WordPress Theme which is conflicting and not working, you have to built your site again with Porto WordPress and Porto Functionality and WP Bakery page builder elements, it will work for you and will not create any issue on your site, and I also suggest you to Install the Theme again on a fresh new WP as well and starts from scratch.
Regarding changing the social icon color you have to change it using Custom CSS.
Finally, if you will have any issue after fresh Install then please generate a support ticket via our support system so our experts will help you in solving your issues.

Now, Please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme, I am sure you will not finds the issue.

If you want to change the Cart Icon in header then please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the Icon value in the given code with any other FontAwesome Icon code as per your requirements, It will work for you.

Hi, Can you please provide me with a link to all the image sizes in porto and where they are used. I have worked out through trial and error which ones are used for each product through to the check out. I have also stopped portfolio and some extra blog images in the functions.php but there are still 12 files for each product image. This is a big issue for ecommerce stores and file space.
I want to reduce this further by running a scrip on the server but I need to know where all the image sizes are used. Thanks in advance

It seems to be the cache issue at your end nothing else, Please first flush the server cache and then deactivate it till you are in the development process and then you have to remove the site cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site including FVM plugin as well, and then check your site after removing the browser cache. I hope your issue will solve and if not then please go to wp-content/uploads and finds and delete the porto-style folder and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and click on save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope it will surely solve your issue and this is because of the server cache or because of the file permission issues that changes may not reflected on your site.

1. Can i have a diferent product filter for diferent categories??
2. For example in “Shoes”, i do not need to have all brands on filter, clothes brands not always have shoes and vice-versa.
3. In “Shoes” i need to have filter for shoes size (7, 7.5, 8, 8.5…) not Medium, Small….

1. Yes, you can set different filters in sidebar for different product categories as per your requirements, you just have to create a new sidebar and add/set product filters in the sidebar as per your requirements then just select/set that particular sidebar for particular product category by editing the product category, it will work for you.
2. Yes, you can exclude any filter attribute from any category page sidebar.
3. Yes, you can do it easily, you just have to create a new attribute with shoe size (7, 7.5, 8, 8.5…) and set it from product setting it will work for you.

I’ve noticed that the products titles are been trimmed in product archive/category pages.
Most probably this is done in order to level the height of all products blocks.
But is there any way to show the full name perhaps on mouse over? Or show it full in general?

No, need to Customize any of the Core files, you can easily do it, using Header Builder Functionality, you just have to create your own header using Header Builder Feature and then use HTML field in the Header Builder and paste any of the HTML and Shortcode of the elements in it, It will simply work for you, you can read more about it here:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.

You can only Import the Single Demo on a site at a single time, If you change or Overrides the Demo it will override the Pages, Products, Images. And you can easily Override the Demo on the site by just check yes to Override as showing in the below-given screenshot:

You need to reset your WordPress then install a fresh new demo and remember it will remove all of your Content. Please use this plugin for resetting your WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then please check once that you are testing the site on latest version of the mobile browser, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

Please do not use it like that, use block for this purpose, please go to blocks and create a new block and add any element in it as per your requirements, save changes and then quick edit that block and copy the block slug name and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Home page, after editing Home page, scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find some options given below:
*. Content Top
*. Content Inner Top
*. Content Inner Bottom
*. Content Bottom
Just paste that block slug name in anyone and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, It will work for you.

Hi, recently updated the Porto theme and now the top navigation doesn’t show in the main menu when in mobile. It used to.
UPDATE: It seems it will only show the top navigation menu when you set the mobile menu to side panel. If it’s set to default it doesn’t show the top navigation.
