Please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you and regarding color, you can change the color of the Menu from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Main Menu and if you are not able to see the changes then it must be the issue of the cache nothing else.

Are you using any security plugin on your site? If yes then please try once deactivate it, and if not then please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds the issue.

Pre purchase question

1) All my products are affiliate links, there are no physical products, they are all virtual items, is this theme suitable for that?

2) I noticed on your demo you can select clothing by size and colour etc. Is there any functionality built in that lets you select a drop down of various factors? ie for mobile phones, you could select amount of texts or minutes etc? Or would you need an addon for that?

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the AliDropship plugin with the Theme yet, so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want you can try it with the Theme, Although Porto WordPress is fully compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins and Dokan Multi Vendor plugin is also comes with the Theme Package as well.

Let me clarify one thing about this message; There are very common reasons it occurs. Those are security hashes assigned to WordPress functions for security. They only last between 12 and 24 hours before they expire. In any situation where the admin window with the options panel is open that long, that message could be displayed on save. The solution is to refresh the window. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce as it always shows all the attributes in different lines, you have to make it possible using Customization there is no Option in the Theme for it.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so our experts will check it for you but after extending your support extension because your support was expired from 26/09/2019.

Yes, The main issue is you are using the old Theme builder with Porto WordPress Theme which is conflicting and not working, you have to built your site again with Porto WordPress and Porto Functionality and WP Bakery page builder elements, it will work for you and will not create any issue on your site, and I also suggest you to Install the Theme again on a fresh new WP as well and starts from scratch.

Regarding changing the social icon color you have to change it using Custom CSS.

Finally, if you will have any issue after fresh Install then please generate a support ticket via our support system so our experts will help you in solving your issues.

This is not showing in my Theme Admin: Appearance – Theme options – headre – mini cart – (minicart tipe / icon).

If you want to change the Cart Icon in header then please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the Icon value in the given code with any other FontAwesome Icon code as per your requirements, It will work for you.

Hi, Can you please provide me with a link to all the image sizes in porto and where they are used. I have worked out through trial and error which ones are used for each product through to the check out. I have also stopped portfolio and some extra blog images in the functions.php but there are still 12 files for each product image. This is a big issue for ecommerce stores and file space.

I want to reduce this further by running a scrip on the server but I need to know where all the image sizes are used. Thanks in advance
