I put in a ticket 4 days ago and am having a horrible time with this template – the Posts are not working correctly, the testimonials area on the left sidebar isn’t accessible in Elementor (only the ones you have to do one a time which are not global to set in easily on multiple pages.) NEXT: Widgets area won’t let me create a new area.
NOW: The posts aren’t easily edited to put in featured images … I can’t even get a sidebar in – I can’t get to the top section where the title appears and I should be able to put in a background image.
I am stuck and running days behind schedule on this new client site because things aren’t work and your videos don’t address the issues I am having. I checked all the plugins and everything is properly updated and inset. I hope you can get back to me soon. Maybe it is an easy fix, but I have built two the site in elementor and Elementor … the away you have pre-designed in these templates is NOT totally Customizable as advertised. Please help!

Theme updates don’t depend on the support purchase. What theme version are you using? Can’t you update the theme via Jupiter > Control Panel > Updates? What errors are you getting? You can try updating via FTP https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/ . Thank you.
Hi. I have 1 licence for JuipiterX and tried with both WP multisite modes: subdomains and subfolders. The Problem is, I can’t import templates on any network site. So I think I might need to make changes on my setup. So can somebody please tell me, how to correctly setup wp-multisite? – doesn’t matter if subdomains or folders, just what works. Also, is it possible to make 1 jupiterx theme installation and activate this main theme on each network site and import templates there?

Yes, the price is for the license for one site. If you want to register the theme on 2 different domains, you have to buy a new license, but you can use one license for multiple subdomains. Thank you.

How can I see where the files are being called – such as various CSS and JS files that the theme calls. I want to selectively call those as I don’t need everything. I know it can break the theme but that’s OK. I just want to know how to prevent everything that the theme is loading. Thanks.

Jupiter X is using a Less compiler to combine all the necessary CSS rules together and link only one file into the theme for the sake of the performance. The file will be combined and created in wp-content/uploads/jupiterx/ folder. Unfortunately, as soon as you deactivate the Less compiler the whole theme will break down. So, it’s not possible to do it at all.
I am also experiencing crippling slow speed on my DEV site after installation. Plus, all my pages layouts have changed. I don’t understand why when I update the theme settings are changing.
Last update it changed the resolution on my product images and I had to figure this out the hard way.
I have had a ticket open for two days with no response. I love this theme but this version is NOT working correctly.

Loved the old Jupiter. I bought JupiterX when it first came out, but seemed too many features weren’t fully ready or buggy, so didn’t use it. Trying to use it now on a different site, and its freezing on template installation, and since I bought it a while ago my support has expired. Even though it looks like a great feature set, seems its still too buggy and overly complex.

Buyed the theme yesterday Installed it on a Site and the Template wizard Stuck…. after a bit research in theyr board they telling the ppl to disable ACF cause it make some Problems tot the template wizard. Ok. Disabled Acf no luck. Disabled ACF PRO no luck. disabled both couldnt even download a template now. Man wtf is that crap it totally feels like an Alpha version of something but not a “Premium Template”.
