For vendor plugin – its depending on vendor plugin which you use. Check settings of plugin and you will find option to choose store page.

Also. Your screenshot shows prices, categories, time. It’s part of product. You can add any prices and categories. Woocommerce – settings if you need to change currency. Settings – general if you need to change language of site
