All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still, the issue will be there then we have to debug it on your site.

Videos can auto-play on desktop but why can you not get them to auto-play on mobile websites when the page loads? The answer is that the different OS developers intentionally disabled auto-play on mobile devices in order to protect the user’s bandwidth.

In Safari on iOS (for all devices, including iPad), where the user may be on a cellular network and be charged per data unit, preload and autoplay are disabled. No data is loaded until the user initiates it. Auto-play is disabled to prevent unsolicited cellular downloads. iOS not only prevents auto-play but also preloading the video until the user initiates it. Android has disabled auto-play in versions 4.1+.

To have a video to play on mobile is better to place the video into slider revolution (how to https://wpdaddy.com/how-to-add-video-in-the-slider-revolution-a-simple-guide/).

It now works for Safari on Windows computer and it works for Safari and Chrome on a Mac. But it will not display for Chrome on a Windows machine. Could you investigate? If you have any compatibility issue with WP Rocket cache plugin then please do not use it, or check your browser console what error you are getting in your browser console, Its generally because of the JS restriction and Minification from the plugin which makes stop JS to run, you can read this doc:

No, Sorry to say that but those filters are coming from Yith WooCommerce Ajax Filter plugin and there is no Option in the plugin or fiters setting to close those filters by default, This requires Customization.

Hi, I love your theme, but unfortunately none of the font and color changes are taking effect, even after clearing the cache (wpengine) and cache in browser (safari, chrome, firefox) Do you know what’s causing it? This is the cache issue nothing else, You have activated the CDN on your server, you are facing an issue because of the cache on your server, It is clearly showing on your site that the CSS is coming from wp-content/uploads folder and the CSS only come from the particular folder when there is some cache like CDN or similar Installed on the server, so please contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to first flush/remove all sorts of cache from your server and then deactivate it until you are in the development process and then you have to remove the cache from your site if any cache plugin is Installed and for a while deactivate it and then check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue: https://pasteboard.co/IEbMBC5.png

Sometimes its the permission issue as well, when you save changes from Theme Options it rewrites the CSS files with the changes and when you have not enough permission for the files then it does not rewrite it, So in that case, you have to assign the proper permission to files or go to wp-content/uploads and delete the porto-styles folder from there and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and save changes, it will again create the same folder with CSS files with the changes you will do from Theme Options and will work smoothly on your site.

Hello, just saying that this 6 months support sucks. There’s got to be a better way, guys. You’ve grossed close to $2,000,000 (2 Million Dullah! :D ) on sales alone, and god knows how much on Support. We had support for six months, never used it. Now, suddenly, we discover that Porto theme does not allow Gravity forms to redirect to another page upon submission of the form. Porto throws an error. So, the Theme version you are using is no more compatible with the latest version of the WP and plugins, so you have to update the WP, Theme, and Plugins to the very latest version and it will solve your issue.

Before updating the Theme, please once read the complete changelog of the Theme, because you have missed a lot of Theme updates in between your current running Theme version and the latest version of the Theme and we have added some new features and also removed some of the features as well.

As I was trying to install one of those templates, to do my testing, I am getting an error message telling me “Your ip address is blocked as spam!!!” what is this??
